Jay was the person who was my contact, he was, like, the person who gave me the estimate and the follow up. Jay did a very good job. He was always available by phone. The baseboard popped off the wall  and they co came over and fixed it, it was no problem. I was happy. It turned out really nice."

"We needed our roof changed right away it was way too old and needed to get rid of it asap! we called progressive builders and 1 other company for bids we didn't have more time to look around for more. We decided to go with progressive because they were so professional, and had reasonable price. After changing the roof we decided it's time to do some changes in the house and we did interior and exterior painting, and changed our entire floors in the house to laminate hardwood floors. So happy with the results, and the communication with the project manager who always made sure to call us and direct us on whats being done each day, and just making sure we are happy with the results. "We had a great experience with Floors Direct.  Joel was wonderful and brought samples to our home.  I didn't want to be overwhelmed with a showroom and the samples he brought were exactly what I was looking for.  Gabe took the lead on the installation and they got it done in 1 day even though they had to go pick up the product and were stuck in traffic.  The finished job looks great.  I had a few questions on it the next week, they came out and addressed those.  Great customer service, follow up and product.  Very happy, will recommend and use again.

"Edy is simply amazing. We wish he could do everything in our entire house. He shows up early, is a pleasure to deal with, and really really knows his stuff. To top it off, his prices are a lot lower than any of the other bids we got. Literally every time we have expected Edy at our house, he has shown up early. While doing the work, he called regularly with updates and to make sure we were satisfied. They clean up better than anyone, and really take pride in their work. Edy is fluent in English and in Spanish, though he'll modestly say that his English isn't perfect. Trust me, it is. Our floor was a major pain. Once the old tile came up, we discovered a shoddy job underneath, with uneven surfaces and much need for attention. Edy called the moment he discovered the problem, and charged only a little extra for the huge amount of work required to even it out. There had previously been slopes up and down at every doorway. Now they are all even. Our perfectionist contractor was even impressed at the job they did. All floors were installed or sanded in a timely manner, then with the appropriate time left for the wood to settle in. Then came the staining. It turns out we're really picky about stain color. Edy was such a good sport about finding the perfect color for us, testing out many samples on the floor, and finally custom mixing a color for us that we absolutely love. Who knew oak floors could look so incredible. Edy also suggested details that we absolutely love - in particular, he framed the fireplace in a way that is really gorgeous. I could tell how pleased he was to see us so genuinely happy with his work. We also used Edy to install our carpeting, and as we expected, it looks wonderful. Finished in a very timely fashion, and perfectly done. We couldn't recommend Edy more highly."
