Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"Our wonderful remodeling job was done by Best builders group & their awesome team. After shopping around for more than few months for a good home improvement company, we got to Best builders group. The project manager was easygoing, skilled, honest and perfectionist!! For sure there was no pressure of any kind which caused us to feel very comfortable with him. We decided to remodel our kitchen & the backyard. The work included the installation of artificial turf, plants/flowers while the kitchen was completely updated. They installed new cabinets (upper and lower), countertops, backsplash tiles, lights, paint and more... the new kitchen absolutely looks gorgeous and the house is like a new one. "Goodfellas took care of us when we needed it! We had a pipe burst between floors in our multi-level house this summer, ruining our downstairs kitchen, and effecting some cabinetry in our upstairs kitchen. Once we got that clean-up out of the way and got the insurance claim started, we started shopping around for contractors that could help us out. We had three different estimates, but Goodfellas was the least expensive while still meeting all our needs. Our project manager Danny really set up a plan that would fix the damage, while also giving our upstairs kitchen a much needed facelift. His crew foreman Nir, and his crew—especially Arnold—was very helpful and efficient. It was easy to communicate with Nir via phone and text, and I would say I spoke to Danny via email at least a few times a week. Danny was really helpful in matching our new cabinets to the paint choice I had made for the remaining cabinets. They both made sure we were happy with each step and installment, or they fixed it until we were. We even ran into some insurance trouble midway through, putting a halt on our funds for the project. After explaining the whole nightmare to Danny, he was patient and waited with us until Nationwide could pull it together to help us finish this project. And once the final money was approved, Danny’s crew was quick to finish up the kitchen so that we could return once again to our normal lives. In short, they met our demands easily and did the project quickly and proficiently. Whenever there was a confusion or problem, it was easily communicated and handled. The crews were friendly and respectful of my family and house. Arnold went out of his way to make sure my kitchen upstairs was exactly how I wanted it, even down to giving me choice of threshold trim when he could have just slapped down any ol’ trim and I probably wouldn’t have noticed. And he always had a quick smile for my children. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done in their home."

"Two techs showed up .  Plumbing took a while to install and the closet door was not completed because the glue needed to dry.  Needed a special glue and my son went to buy it so had to wait for it . I asked if they needed some newspapers to lay the door on while it was being glued he said no .  Some of the glue did get on my bedroom carpet. Well the door is still not installed because we could not get it in and I don't iknow if want to call them back.
