"Hi [Member Name Removed] , I am really sorry that you feel this way. Upon inspecting the attic which is part of our service, we discovered asbestos wrapped ductwork. We advised you to replace them without using scare tactics or hard sales. We have been working with a second party company called Key Environmental Services for the last 4 years and they have all the sufficient documents and licenses to perform an asbestos abatement. Once the abatement has been completed , Evergreen Air would then come in and install brand new ductwork. Asbestos is a dangerous material that we strongly believe and suggest that it should be removed if exposed in anyway, which in your case it definitely was. Once again I am very sorry for any inconvenience that my company might have caused you. Thanks Adam Atari."

Adam and his team of workers gave me a great deal on replacing the insulation in the attic. We had a leak in one of the fire alarm sprinklers that caused the insulation to be bad and smelly.
We spoke to Adam about the problem and he sent his employee (Luis) to come over and check the problem in order to provide us with a quote.
The quote that Adam was able to give us was very good and we approved the work. He than sent 2 workers to do the job and it was done in 2 days after they had to clean everything in the attic and to try it before they placed the new insulation.

Good company to work with! They were very nice and seem to be honest over the phone as well. They came on time and did the job. My A/C system didn't work good and a strange smell came out of the ducts when I turned the A/C on.
Jose that did the work, checked everything and connected a machine to the system letting it run for a while and added a cleaning chemical that made this smell gone.
I will hire them for the future. it was a hassle free with this company.

I loved the service that i got from this company. It all started from the phone call that i made for them and asked about the cleaning service. The lady that answered my call (susan) explained to me how it works and how much they will charge me.
I scheduled the service for the following day and she was able to sent me their technician Jose to my house and he did the work. Jose came on the time frame that was set a head of time and the work took close to several hours. very professional people and good quality work.

Evergreen air care came over and perform a cleaning for the Air ducts at my house.
The service was fast and quick. Marcus that did the job, came over and connect a machine to the ducts and going outside of the house.
He let the machine run for quite a time and when it was completed, he checked the ducts with another tool.
I recommend this company to perform the yearly checking on the ducts to prevent issues in the future.

Good people to work with! no hidden charges,no lousy work or anything like that!
They come on time, look at the attic and check what need to be done, give an estimate, do the job! very simple.... (at least this is how it was with us).
The work that they did took close to 2 hours from start to finish. we had to use them due to a strange smell that came out from the air conditioning unit at our house. After the work that they did was over, the smell was gone.

We had no problem or issue with this company. They came and did exactly what they said and promised. The service was fast too. We were able to schedule them for the same week and the work was completed after 2 days of work. According to the technician that worked at our house, it was better to use the opportunity when the attic empty from the old insulation and to replace the ducts as well. For the price that we were able to got, we decided to do that too.
so overall, we are in the stage that we will use this company in the future and we will refer them to people that we know and might need the same kind of work to be done.

We noticed that some of the ducts are open and leaking air. We contacted several companies but at the end, we decided to hire this company. The price was right to us and they could do it the same week.
The work was completed the same day and they 2 workers that came over, were nice to us and didn't try to sell us anything else.

Juan and his assistance came over to clean all the ducts. I didn't have any issues with the work during or after they finished it.
At start, they went up to the attic and did the cleaning of the ducts and then they tested the air flow of all of them. 3 of the air ducts covers were damaged and they asked me if i want to replace them. they told me how much it will cost, so i approved it.
They seems to be honest people and good company to deal with.

Evergreen send their technician to my house to perform a general check and maintain the air ducts at my house.
Carlos and his assistant, worked at my house for close to 3 hours cleaning and testing the ducts. 1 of the duct was open at the attic so they connected it and made sure it was in good condition.
I didn't have any problem with the work. they both were professional and with manners. i will use this company in the future.

I had Juan and Carlos coming over to my house to work on the air ducts.
I got their information from a friend who used them in the past. The work was to check and to clean the air ducts and to make sure that everything is clean and not containing any bad things. Juan and his workers worked for close to 2 hours and made sure that all is good with my ducts.

I had this company come over to my house and clean the air ducts due to strange smell that came out when I turned on the Air conditioning in my house.
The price was agreed over the phone and I liked that. There was no need for them to come over and give me a quote for this problem.
Marcus and his assistance worked for couple of hours and fixed my problem with the smell. I will use them in the future.

Evergreen Came over to my house to replace 3 ducts in the attic. The work took close to 3 hours by 2 people. It all started as an estimate that i needed for that work. The estimate was fair to me and because they came on the time frame that we scheduled ahead.
Juan was the main guy and his helper worked with him in the attic.
After work was completed, i was able to see the work via some pictures that they took and showed me after.

Once a year I?m making sure to have my air ducts cleaned. I came across this company via a friend that used them and was happy with the fast service and the honesty.
After spooking with Andy, I decided to schedule a day where they will come and clean the ducts.
I was happy to know that they could come that same week and do the job. The worker came over on that day and was able to complete the cleaning and annual testing of all the ducts.
I?m happy with this type of service and I will use them in the future.

i have been using this company in the past and kept their information in case i will need to clean my air ducts again.
a day after i called them, 2 workers arrived to my house to do the job.
they cleaned all the ducts in my house and checking that they are working good.
the work was completed within 3 hours in which they were able to clean all of them and to replace one cover that was broken.
no problem or issues accord during the work with the workers. they were very nice and professional.

This is the second time that i use this company to perform a general maintenance on the air ducts of my air conditioning.
i like the fact that they always appear to show up on time and they didn't cancel.
the technicians are nice people and professional. they made sure to have a clean area where they worked and the result of their work is good. we feel the difference between before and after the cleaning of the ducts.

Very good service . I helped my parents in their house remodeling and we also wanted to clean the air duct . , The guys worked hard and were very efficient. They were on time for the job.
I was amazed by the way they profesionaly clean the air conditioning ducts, they cover all my furniture with plastic and even Vacuum my carpet. I am definitely happy with the service and highly recommend
