"Mike, Evelyn, and their team were true professionals. 1. The team was on time both for removal and for the installation, which I had chosen to do on different days. 2. They were neat and tidy while doing the job. 3. They were respectful of my property while they were here. 4. They cleaned up at the end of the job so I couldn't even tell they had been here except that I had a fully insulated house at the end of the job. Finally, their pricing was competitive, which was very much appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were great to work with and they were flexible on scheduling. "Trueteam gave me the lowest quote, and the gutters do look nice. The install team was late and did not call to let me know. Once on site, the installers were professional. Unfortunately, we had to have them back because the gutters were not draining correctly, one gutter was too short, and the leaf covers were poorly installed. We have now had the gutters for two years. The leaf filters have not worked well at all. The holes for the drains to the downspouts are small and clog easily. We have discovered other places where water is pooling in the gutters. I will need to hire another company to check the gutters on the 2nd story and probably replace the leaf covers. TrueTeam offers a reasonable price, but I would not recommend them. If you do hire them, check the work carefully. Be sure to run water through all the gutters to ensure they are angled correctly and that water does not pool. Hire a different company to install a different type of leaf cover and do it well."

We had some concerns on the plumbing & electrical but Zohar took care of all of them in a very professional manner. Part of the work was to build a custom fire pit and Zohar was always nice enough to do whatever we asked. All the workers on the other hand… always made sure to clean up & they never left the house without the cleaning task. The installations was done perfectly, professionally, clean and with perfection.
