"We hired Raven Exteriors (Ron and Nick) for multiply projects over the past few months. Excellent work, professional and reliable. They cleaned the work area nightly and was cautious about covering all furniture. Jan – 1600 sq ft of Smartcore vinyl flooring (Andover Oak) with water barrier Feb – Door and baseboard trim throughout home with framing corners Mar – Installed 2 French doors. Raised the back fence 1.5 feet and installed a gate. Mar/April - Kitchen remodel – Removed an L shape wall, bar, power and lighting. Reinforced subfloor joist and replaced damaged subflooring. Placed an Island (78.7 x 40.6) with water, plumbing and power. Framed butler pantry, sheetrock, mud and taped with lighting. Hung pendulum lights and ceiling fan. Relocated the refrigerator and water. Framed cabinets, sheetrock, mud, and taped above the refrigerator. July – Folding patio doors (151 x 80), remove sliding doors and install. "The back door of our home was from 1964, had a louver window and was completely rotten on the bottom. CSM fabricated a fiberglass door with low e window that opens including the frame and sill. Removing the old frame proved to be quite a task and once removed, the opening required modifications for the new frame to fit. The installation team was great - professional, courteous, skilled and cleaned up beautifully. Michael was very good to work with happily providing a quote and then altering the quote as requested. He even gave a cash discount on top of the Angie's List discount. I would use CSM again and recommend them highly.

"After our kids repeatedly locked us out of the bathroom by shutting the door with a broken lock, I finally called Alan. He had rekeyed our house a few years ago and I remember him doing a great job, being punctual, quick, and no-nonsense. Alan was available to fix my interior door lock, offered a reasonable and lower rate than other locksmith quotes to show up to do the job (even though it was a small job, most had higher flat rates for service calls,) showed up 10 minutes early, and fixed the lock in 10 minutes. "I had a damaged gate. David had previously given me a lower bid than the contractor we hired, but the other contractor was referred to me by a close friend who is a contractor (so we went with him). Although that contractor was fine, he was impossible to reach and the job took a long time to finish as a result. So, when we had a problem with our other gate, I called David! He was amazing. He came out to fix the gate that day. He was on time, and communicated extremely well with us. He did nothing without prior approval and explained the pricing, depending on the problem. He could have easily sold us a new gate motor, but instead fixed it for $245, including TWO visits. This was a bargain for the amount of work that he did, including testing of the parts back at his shop."
