"The yard both front and back was overgrown with weeds and grass in large rock areas. The front yard had overgrown flowers that they cut back to keep them inside the brick area. The weeds and grass were throughout the rock area in front which they had to dig down to get the roots out and replace the rock inside the area it was designed to stay in. The backyard had weeds in brick and rock areas that had to be hand pulled to remove them. They took out several loads of wood and loose brick laying along the fences. Also they had to empty and remove large barrels of wood, leaves and whatever else was back there. Then they tackled two sheds full of junk and tore down one very rusted shed. In all they took six full loads to the dump. All the trees and shrubs were manicured and all loose branches removed. Now we have a beautiful landscaped yard that was mowed and edged. Now it looks so much bigger with all the trash removed. These guys have a detailed mind, wonderful work attitude and very friendly. I would have to say that they really enjoy their work and they did work very hard to get this property ready to sell. I think they have FUN and their reward is that they are making a difference. I am retaining their services until the house sells but I have used them in my own property before. I will look no where else should we need services for yard work. You should really seek these guys out for your next project. You won't be disappointed."

"I had contact with both Chris Payne, owner, and Grady Moore, Dir. of Business Development. I worked mostly with Grady. He always responded promptly to phone messages and e-mails. The workers came when promised. Grady was on-site every day. There was some fine tuning needed at completion and Grady finished the work to my total satisfaction. There are a lot of companies out there, so I did careful comparison shopping - everything from length of nails (some companies use staples) to tightness of thatch at grass base. They have the best product and terrific customer service."

Then when it came to putting in electrical, we had an electrician do that. When it came to landscape (planting, soil, etc) - we had a landscape person do that, too! No shortcuts here! Everyone was on time everyday and they made the time count. No slacking, no excessive breaks - just some dedicated people passionately doing what they love. From start to finish, we were done in about 1 month! That's amazing for a 1,170 sq foot job. Lucky for us, we found Emily by way of a neighbor who had hired her to work on their yard. The stars aligned! We couldn't be happier and love our yard so much. Our kids love it even more! Emily is amazing and a true gem.
