He handled all the demo & hauling, design, footings, rafters, roof, painting, electrical, and repair or replacement of tiles and turf damaged by the old structure. Mike has a warm, friendly personality with an emphasis on quality. He listens to the customer and provides suggestions for enhancements. The structure he built is very solid - it does not budge when you lean on it. His prices are reasonable and he goes out of his way to make sure you're happy with the work."

He performed drywall, stucco, electrical (Hanging lights, hanging fans, installing sinks, hooking up appliances, as well as relocating the appliances, getting outlets working and any other small or large task that I suggested) he was able to get my countertops installed that I was told by multiple contractors, were impossible to install. Jessy came and cleaned up the messes created by previous contractors, such as reframing a complete kitchen, that was embarrassing to say the least. He is on time. Jessy will keep you informed throughout the day if required due to a change in what was discussed. I have several more projects lined up for Jessy that he is eagerly awaiting.
