"Our small house, built in 1948, is excellently located, but all of the windows were outdated louver windows, which were drafty, allowed external noise to enter, and caused our heating and cooling to escape. We had wanted to replace them for years; however, previous quotes from other companies were well beyond what we could afford. He professionally explained the installation process and advised us on preparations. On February 8, he informed us via email that our project had been ordered, with delivery expected in 6 to 8 weeks. The windows arrived ahead of schedule, and we scheduled the installation for March 3. On the installation day, the three-man crew led by Bryan, the Crew Leader, arrived promptly at the appointment time. Bryan communicated effortlessly in perfect English with us, and in Spanish with Byron and the rest of the crew. He remeasured everything and verified each window's size. Unfortunately, one window had incorrect dimensions due to a manufacturing error. Nevertheless, the team proceeded efficiently and meticulously, removing the old louvers and installing the replacements within four hours. Bryan assured us that the correct-sized window would be expedited from the manufacturer. The job site was left clean and tidy both inside and outside. Today, on March 19, Peter, the Job Foreman, installed the remaining window, completing the task in less than an hour. We are extremely satisfied with the fantastic customer service, the excellent quality of the product and the workmanship and the overall dedication to customer satisfaction provided by the entire staff at Smart Window Company.
