"The job was during the first half of March 2019 for a 35 year old, 28 two- and three-story townhouse unit complex in Pasadena, California/trendy Playhouse District. As the current and prior/numerous years condo association president, I have had many experiences with contractors, including roofing, painting, plumbing, landscaping, and Chris Coyle is by far the most competent, reasonable, reliable, cooperative, fair and most professional of all the contractors. I would most highly recommend his services. During the plus two-week installation, Chris as company boss was "on top of job" because actually he himself and his assistant were installing/"doing the heavy lifting" for all of the new windows. This clearly illustrates his commitment/pride in his craftsmanship. Also, he is very knowledgeable about the window product/Milgard because he thought it best for this job to actually remove most of the old window frames, not customary for a/this "retrofit" versus "replacement" window installation. He was willing to do the extra work at no additional cost in order that the new window frames were not wide/distracting but thinner/minimal/open/clean/more open/glass configuration to enhance the overall modernization of the complex. I "gambled" with this new look for improving the complex, and Chris made not only the complex look good but me as president as well. Every- one is thrilled by the windows results, even asking "why didn't 'we' do this earlier?' I and the other homeowners do not hesitate at all in recommending Christopher Coyle and his Alta Sierra Windows company to any other homeowner. "He came for the estimate last week and beat the previous estimates we received and went through the measurements with us for the height and width of the glass to ensure it would meet our expectations. He did not have samples of the glass but he had pictures which sufficed for us. We chose a plain glass as opposed to a frost or reeded because we figure it will stand the test of time better. He talked with us about the color of the clamps and helped us decide. Today he arrived a little over an hour late to do the install due to traffic, but once here it literally took like half an hour for the complete installation, so he more than made up for it. It looks amazing, just what we wanted, he was quick, and the glass is a high quality thick glass. I would certainly recommend his services."

One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted...
