It didn’t go as well. It took me a little to get them here. It was more expensive for the same amount of time and their quality of cleaning was much lower quality than one I just received from another company. Their quality was mediocre at best. They didn’t necessarily really dust everything well. They didn’t really touched my shutters or my blinds.

They did everything really well. They explained their program to me. I really appreciated that, it really helped me out. They did a killer job. They did a super kick a** job! I would recommend them to others. Their office called me after they left and did a follow up with me, I really liked that.

The 2 gals were great. Came at the last minute to help me. The deal was for 2 cleaners for 1.5 hrs. Excellent price. Cleaned up pretty good....missed a few things like a shelf in the bathroom and cleaned the blinds on the window but not the window. I am not sure if they ran out of time or just missed. All and all they were ok.

Excelent work very professional our house was left spot less the cleaners got here on time and they brought there own cleaning supplies which is great.... I highly recommend them to anybody who needs cleaning.

They showed up on time. The cleaned my entire home completely. They were friendly and professional. They brought their own cleaning supplies which worked great. I wanted my home cleaned for Thanksgiving and I was very happy. I recommended them to my family.

The maids that they’ve sent are very good. The problem is that the headquarters is terrible if you want to change a day or a time. We typically have them come on Monday. On Friday, we called them and asked them if we could change the day and they didn’t respond back to us. I called them at 10:00 in the morning and they didn’t respond back by the end of the day. They didn’t call on Monday. We called them about 10:30 in the morning. They said they got our message but they just didn’t get around getting back to us. So we asked them to let us know if we can do it on a different day. We so haven’t heard from them. They have lack of responsiveness in scheduling. The cleaners are good. They show up when they said they would.

They were very competitively priced, and came out at a convenient time to do the estimate. Overall, the two cleaners do an acceptable job-they take care to not let the cats out, etc. My only issue with the cleaners is that they are generally never on time-they are supposed to arrive at 7am and almost never show up before I leave for work at 7:15-7:30am. My real issue is with the office-they are poor in responding to questions and really lack followup. There is always an excuse... 1. The office called to reschedule the cleaning scheduled for the day after Christmas, but the cleaners evidently didn't get the message because they arrived at 7:05am on the day after Christmas. 2. I called them two weeks ago because the cleaners said they wanted to move my cleaning day from Monday to Thursday. The person I spoke to said she would check and call me back. Days go by, no call back... I called this morning and left a message, asking for a call back or message to verify what the plan was...again, no call back. Not good customer service, and because of this, I will probably be looking for another cleaning service.

Great, I will be hiring them on a bi-montly basis. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a house cleaner. They are very trustworthy and do detailed job.

I found the company via web search for "construction cleanup", confirmed via Angie's List's two reports that they should be ok. They were courteous and helpful on the phone, I mentioned my specific needs of cleaning the house for the toddler, and was told they'd send their experts, two people at $35/hr/person. I asked about the processes they would use to clean up, and was given partial information on the phone and the phone number of the actual cleaning crew to contact (but I never made the time to call them in advance). I was told they would finalize the estimate and I wouldn't be liable to pay anything until agreeing to the estimate, so I agreed. They arrived on time and were friendly and helpful. They estimated 5 hours' work to do the interior, patio and garage, plus $10/window. They proceeded to give the house a once over, while my family and I ran errands elsewhere and stopped by twice to check on them. They did clear away the paint chips from the bedroom windows, and the rest of the house was mostly ok (having just been renovated, there wasn't much there to begin with). But they had to redo the kitchen cabinets several times because they'd failed to remove the dust in the drawers; just wiping your hands across it you'd come up with dust. The large backyard patio, which had been used as a major work area, still had large pieces of paint chips and other debris on it, even after several attempts by them to hose it down. Not only that, but they never collected the debris they sprayed to the edge of the yard, just left it there. They lightly straightened up the garage, but didn't use any special cleaning products. I think they did an acceptable "general" cleanup, but I really don't feel they did an adequate post-construction cleanup. The central air duct intake filter area was still quite dusty, they didn't seem to have removed the gratings that provide air into the rooms from the central A/C either. There was still construction debris on and around the patio, and not much done in the garage. They stuck to their original estimate price in spite of having spent a little more time trying to re-clean the kitchen and patio areas, which I appreciated. So I think they did an "ok" job for a general straightening up job, but since I really wanted them for post-construction work I can't really recommend them for that. I had gotten lower estimates from various other maids, and a much higher estimate from an environmental cleanup company (nearly $1000 for just the house interior). I was hoping the positive review here, and their claim of doing "after construction" work would have led to better results, since their estimate was between the other two extremes. But in the end I wasn't really satisfied with the post-construction aspect of their work.

I am a plumbing contractor, and through the course of re-piping our clients' home, we learned of the homeowners issues with dust. We contracted with Maid in California to clean the entire house, from top to bottom, after the drywall was repaired. They did an amazing job having to clean up after both the plumbers, and the drywall guys. Not only was I impressed, but our client went out of their way to let us know how impressed they were with the cleaning crew.

Cleaners damaged my plumbing fixtures in my master bathroom in November 2004 and did a terrible job cleaning the house. I sued and won twice in small claims court in 2005 and still have not been paid my judgment.
