Excellent in every way!

They were having problems with their credit card payment system. The guy told me that it happened to other people last week . Never called me back. I tried calling them and was on hold for five minutes finally gave up.

Did a good job replacing colored glass on my french doors and also two half moon windows. 30 year old Anderson wood. They were able to pop the windows out and replace the glass. The alternative was replacing the entire window which would have been 5x the cost.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This is by far the absolute worst company I have come across in all my years of hiring any type of company to do anything for me. The communication by this company is horrible. The work done is horrible. The level of care and attention to detail is horrible. They are untruthful and are unapologetic. The owner also refuses to communicate or step into (respond/deal with) customer complaints. If you want to be miserable, hire this company. Otherwise, I suggest you use anybody else.

We had a shower door that had slipped out of the bracket with the rollers. We were not sure how to fix it and didn't want to risk breaking the doors trying to fix it. So I submitted my request. Carlos called me right away gave me a quote and said he could be here in 1/2 hour. So he got here got right to work and fixed it and even explained how to take the shower doors down and do it ourself if need be. Plus I asked about cleaning tips and he gave me a tip to try. Over all we are extremely pleased. Thanks Carlos....

The quality of the work done was excellent yet I think the price was a little high. I'm sure I could have found the same quality with better value if my work schedule wasn't so demanding.

On Dec. 11 someone threw a cinder block through our side living room window very early in the morning. The frame was bent and my husband thought the window would have to be boarded up and we would have to wait for a new window to be ordered. Carlos came out on our emergency call to borad it up and said he could repair the frame and install new glass panes right now. The estimate seemed reasonable so we had it done. Carlos did an excellent job not only in repairing the frame and reinstalling the new window but also on how he performed the job. He carefully removed our curtains, moved our love seat out of the way, cleaned up all the broken glass and vacuumed up the remaining debris. He put everything back in its' place and made sure we were satisfied with everything he had done, which we were. He was very friendly yet professional and if we ever have the misfortune to need emergency glass repair again, or just regular service, we would definiitely call the company again and ask for Carlos. Thanks Carlos for an excellant repair and clean-up job.

Carlos came out and gave me an estimate and we set up the date for the glass to be replaced. He was late arriving; however, he and his assistant were quick and professional and got the job done in record time. He did call to let me know they were running late due to traffic, which was understandable for a Friday night before a holiday week-end, so I wasn't too upset. Again, they did an outstanding job and not one piece of glass was dropped on my carpet when they took out the broken slider. I was impressed. We discussed some future projects, and I will be calling them after the first of the year to set up an appointment to get these done.

I was quoted information that the company wouldn't honor.

I contacted the Glass Doctor to replace the large front window in my dining room after it was cracked. Please keep in mind that my house was built in the 1940's and this is a non-standard sized window! Anyway, I got a quote over email but when the tech came out to confirm the measurements and specs, he found that the lady who took my initial request had gone a size too small. He was willing to go with the quote price, though he couldn't include the warranty. So, I went for the actual price with the 2 year replacement warranty. I immediately paid for their services and not a week later, the installer was out to put in the glass. He was wonderful and took less time than I expected. They did a great job and it doesn't look like it was ever broken to begin with!

The quality of the shower door that I was promised, was not what I was told it would be. There installation was not completed properly, I was over charged from the initial quote that I was given. My credit card has been charged and the job still has not been completed properly.

Mirror replacement job was done in a short amount of time. I didn't comparison shop as there was a charge for estimates. I thought $450 for a 36x72" bathroom mirror was high.

I contacted the Glass Doctor to replace a patio door window. The installer was very professional arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

In the proccess of taking the broken glass it fell from the 7th floor and all over thr side walk. Thanks God there were no one walking under the window or there was a big law suit. Also the Guy that changed the window was not wearing any gloves to proptect himself from any cuts.

I needed to replace a single window and this company was the only one willing to come out and do the job. The individual that came to door was somewhat professional and very courteous. As expected he needed to measure the window and order the part. But he just wrote on his hand which was a little weird to me. It took about a week for the new window arrive, they called and scheduled an appointment. The individual arrive on time and was much more professional than his first time. Was quick to remove the old window and replace it with the new one and then took the time to clean up after himself when he was done. Overall they did a nice job.

On time, quick, neat, great clean up. Very professional. I thought that I had two damaged windows, but tech pointed out that it was only a tint film issue on the largest window. He could have made more money by replacing the glass in both. So I would say very honest also.
