Elegant Home Improvement was great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Their crews were professional, courteous, and did a great job of installing both the laminated flooring and carpeting. I highly recommend them!

Bobby Mohseni and his staff at Elegant Home Improvement are ALL phenomenal. He gutted our home in Laguna Woods and he rebuild a classic show piece. Our home is so elegant (as the company namesake) we just want to look at it as a perfect model. Bobby is an amazing professional he's extremely knowledgeable, all his suggestions were outstanding. We got to the point to just let him do his thing and WOW..WOW..WOW. Bobby was always available for our hundreds of calls, answering with a smile and a warm hello. Even when we wanted to change our backsplash or other changes or additions, he would say no problem and the NEXT day it was done!! His son works with him and again his warm friendly personality was extremely welcoming. Their staff is top notch and know their crafts, worked efficiently while making sure they cleaned up everyday. We could go on-and-on saying wonderful things about Elegant Home Improvement, Bobby and his staff! We are truly appreciative of their hardwork. We highly recommend them to do ANY and ALL, BIG and small home improvements. Even during the Covid Pandemic he was a class act!! THANK YOU ALL.

Early 2020 we contracted with Elegant Home Improvement to do an extensive home remodeling for us. It took almost a year to complete, considering the project scope and impact of Covid-19. A huge benefit is that Bobby the owner is a very pleasant person to work with. He has a dedicated team that works for and with him. I knew from the start that I will have to co-manage this project with Bobby due to the complexity and the special finishing details I have personally selected. It went like most lengthy remodeling or construction jobs - stressful and required daily supervision. Bobby was there throughout the project - dedicated and ensured the job was fully executed. Everything worked out well - the house looks beautiful and the project was a success. Thank you Bobby and team.

Bobby and John were very professional, courteous and efficient. All personnel took pride in their work and were respectful with personal property. At the end of each day, the work area was cleaned and organized. The project manager was immediately accessible in answering questions and stopped by to check on progress of work on a regular basis. I was impressed with everyone's attention to detail and their personal pride of craftsmanship. The best team to ever install your floors. Years of experience and great team work make these guys amazing to work with. Due to unusual circumstances I didn’t get to finish my remodel and Bobby stored my wood flooring to cover the entire entry and hallway for over 7 years. I was honestly in awe. They did an excellent work, it was great working with Bobby, they were very respectful of my home, and very polite to me. They worked clean and neat, they did an absolutely better job than the previous contractor I hired to do the job

I am not just happy with what they did but i was using them over the last 5 years. The first job they did for me was a laminate flooring for my house and the second time, they did the tile in my front and back hallway and also on The kitchen and family room. The tile guys came to work on tile installation that was previously done to my room and they are very easy to deal with. The pricing is also fair and they are competitive. I would use them again, I would always came to him for the price because he is very fair and competitive and very easy to deal with.

They did everything they promised and more.  They were very accepting toward my last minute changes and decisions!  Great Attitude:)

We set up an Appointment at there showroom Soufi the showed all the material ,and we picked the one we liked ,
Bobby the manager design the shower for us .
They set time and date to start the job ,they told us they need to start the shower remodeling one at the time because we live in the house
They start the job on the day they promised ,installers showed up on the day they where supposed to be start the demolition and the next day all the materials delivered to our house by the installers
All the installers where really professional and they new what they doing and the most important thing was they where very clean and clean after them self at the end of each day
My job got finished actually 2 days earlier than they told us ,Pedro did a fantastic job with our shower
i am very happy by their performance

After contacting multiple contractors it quickly became evident that bobby was my clear favorite. His prices, his selection, and his professionalism was unmatched.  The entire experience was far more painless than i would have ever imagined. i would recommend Bobby and the rest of the team at Elegant Home Improvement for anyone who wants a high quality job for a fantastic price. My bathroom is my new favorite room in my house and i have Bobby to thank.

If I could break this rating into two areas, I would give Bobbie an overall "B" on the bathroom shower.
However the cabinet enclosure and top is a completely different tale.
First of all, we expected a "custom built" cabinet to fit the existing 64.5" nook in the wall. What we got was a purchased 60" cabinet in our chosen color. This was installed with fillers on the ends to fit the width of the nook.  This resulted in a 4.5" loss, in width, of the storage space under the sinks.  When asked about this Bobbie stated "I showed you the cabinet at the shop".
After the cabinet was installed, the next project was the quartz top.  It was stated that somebody would come to the house and make a "template" of the sink top.
Three days later, 2 people showed up at my door.  One was talking on his cell phone, the other spoke very little but managed to follow what the other guy said when not on the phone.  The making of the "template" consisted of measuring the width and depth of the nook, which resulted in a rectangle with a center line drawn in. That's it.  I said, wait a minute, where do you plan on placing the bowls?  They just looked at me and I suggested that they place them in front of the two doors on each side of the cabinet.  OK - they wrote down the measurements.  They said it would be ready in about a week. When they left, the one guy still had the phone stuck in his ear.
About one week later (3) guys pulled up in a pickup truck. They unloaded a steel framed table and sunk the legs into my front lawn.Then they unloaded a slab of quartz approximately 8 ft. x 4 ft.   Next was a couple of electrical extension cords and a box of hand saws, grinders and drills. I'm leaving out several other items here as this is getting too long.
Realizing that they didn't have a clue and really didn't care as to where I wanted the faucets placed, I showed them another bathroom sink in the house and said "make it like this".
They then proceeded to cut and grind like crazy, the quartz dust filled the air of several neighboring properties.
When they were finished, I happened to be in the front yard.  I questioned them about breaking the sharp edge at the leading edge of the sink.   "They can't do this".  They pointed out that the quartz slab had another strip "glued or secured" to the end to overhang the wood cabinet.  This strip, and slab, were beveled at a 45 deg. angle and the apex of the bevel was right at the leading edge of the slab and any grinding would be readily apparent. When this was pointed out to Bobbie, his reply was "I buy it like that".  His earlier statement no longer applied.
The crew cleaned up the front yard but didn't thoroughly clean the top of the installed quartz when finished. They also left the water turned on in the front yard.
No information on the sealing or treatment both the quartz or the stone installed in the shower was mentioned.
The professionalism regarding the fabrication/installation or the quartz was the worst I have ever encountered.

Outstanding job. We are so pleased with how everything went with this company. Bobby, the owner, was always pleasant and came to the house first for the estimate.
They did the kitchen first. We love the tile we picked out from Bobby's shop. (We were going to do tile from Lowe's and SO glad we didn't!) The tiler, Ramon, was artistic, precise, and highly skilled- he does beautiful work.
They did the laminate after that. Mario was an excellent foreman. We thought the laminate would take 2-3 days but they brought a larger crew and knocked it out in 1 day! They did a beautiful job- especially the finish work. All the detailed cuts in the baseboards were well worth the money. It really framed the floor well. 
All the workers were on time (a minor miracle these days) and put in a full day's work w/ minimal breaks. They were all pleasant, skilled, respectful,  and cleaned up everything well.

Bobby and team worked on a backsplash for our Kitchen. We had purchased "Big Deal" from Angie's List. Bobby followed up with us quickly after the purchase and schedule an appointment to discuss the project. We went to his showroom to look at the material and his team was very professional and helpful getting us the design we needed.

Bobby Mohseni, the owner of Elegant Home Improvement Inc., is an extremely professional man. He called me back immediately, came and looked at the property, and gave me a very reasonably priced quotation, based on the tile I picked from his showroom. His showroom has an excellent display of all kinds of floor coverings, and provides all the choices you need.

The work started exactly on schedule, as he was able to immediately source the tiles from the warehouse. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and they did a great job in removing the debris, leaving the place looking great.

I would certainly use them again, and would recommend them to anyone in need of good floor covering work.

They were very professional. They showed up each day at the specified time and completed the project on time. 
The floors, baseboards, and fireplace look great! We are very pleased with what they did and would definitely use them again.
