They are fast, they came right out. They were the only plumbing company that I could find that would come right out. When your water main breaks you don't want to wait for a day or two.
I most appreciated his professional manner of getting right down to work with no fuss or complaining about how difficult the job was going to be. I also appreciated that he completed the job in a timely manner.
The kitchen drain was slow, not stopped. I had been pouring boiling water down it to try and unstop it. Clog wouldn't completely clear, but I knew the pipe was pretty clean. John had a younger, newer guy snake the sink while he kept me busy chit-chatting in the living room. Felt like he was trying to keep me out of the kitchen. Took longer than I had expected, about 30 minutes. Charged $145 for the snake job. Didn't give me a receipt. Asked me to only put his first name on the check, not the whole company name. It all felt a bit odd.
