"Prepared, primed, sealed/caulked, and painted exterior and interior (select rooms).  Included all costs, including a mid-grade name brand paint.
Prepared, caulked, primed (2 coats), sealed, and painted (1 coat) 20 year old builders kitchen cabinets.  Went from white washed oak to white painted, including interiors.  Used a very high grade, cabinet specific paint which produced an excellent, hard finish.  If new installed cabinets are the "10" standard on 1-10, these were about a "8".   Not quite as good as a fresh install, but given what Saul was working with, it was a huge upgrade to the existing cabinets.   We reduced our costs a bit by taking responsibility of removing and reinstalling the doors, and doing a bit of the preparation work on doors and cabinet exteriors.  Saul on the other hand, ended up spending an extra day (3 guys), sanding, caulking, and filling defects in the interiors of the cabinets, making those pressed board interiors look almost as good as custom cabinets, and was very reasonable in assessing additional costs.
I dinged him a bit on the "quality" (B) rating, but I'm a very particular person when it comes to work by tradesmen.  Saul was extremely cooperative, and readily resolved any issues raised.  However, some of his employees or sub's were less exacting than Saul.  The fact that I had to raise the issues at all automatically moves my "quality" grade from "A" to "B".
Saul's scope of work expanded 3x, i.e. we increased our budget and gave him twice the work originally contracted for, because he was "that good".  We also gave him headaches, i.e. the HOA retroactively disapproved of our paint colors the day his crew arrived to work, and we had to scramble to move dates around to keep his guys going, and still get the job done on schedule.  
All in all, I'd call Saul for painting work again (and well might - we're still remodeling) before anyone else.  He's priced competitively, is detail orientated in his own work, and bends over backwards to please his customers.

This work was done while my furniture occupied my apartment, so lot of Plastic Drop Cloths were required to cover the walls and carpet. The work was done quickly in 2 days; 2 Coats of the painting each of these: Painting and sealing popcorn Ceiling in the Living Room, the Dining Room and the Hallway; the Kitchen Cabinets; the Bathroom Vanity. This work was done the week after Christmas, Monday December 29th and Tuesday, December 30th 2025. The work was done quickly and on my time table. This contractor is Trustworthy. I got five quotes from Angi Home Pro's and this Painting Contractor was the best price and best work."
