Got a second opinion and hired a handyman. Turns out the breaker was tripped and needed some fiddling with. AC works great now. Can’t believe they were going to lie about what was wrong to replace the whole AC. Just because it was an old unit. Get a second opinion for them if they tell you something similar."

He was able to repair the unit same day. Recently, the same thing happened but with our heater. The burners were not lighting up. Apparently the builders never put the cover on and they got clogged with dust and debris. He was able to get our heater working and cannot be more thankful. He was able to fix a couple of things in the attic that the builder just slapped on. I’m sure this system will not stand the test of time, especially here in Vacaville so I’ll trust New age when it’s time to replace this system"
