"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

They had good communication, answering several questions prior to the move and did a final confirmation just prior to the move date. "Pyramid Movers made moving my 85 year old sister, who is suffering from a debilitating illness, much easier than I anticipated. The the two men doing the actual moving were on time, efficient and very pleasant. They also had to move the personal items out of state They were respectful of my sisterâ s condition and worked around her. I very much recommend this company."
