"Mongalo Designs Flooring did an amazing job restoring my 2008 DuChâteau floors. They were badly faded, uneven, and had never been maintained. I had a specific goal: a dark espresso color that still kept the natural texture of the European Ash. No premade product matched what I wanted, so they created a custom stain and oil/wax blend that brought the floors back to life while preserving the character of the wood. They lightly sanded (without removing texture), worked within my budget, and were extremely dedicated. They even came back to redo the kitchen area with another coat to perfect the color and checked in often to make sure I was happy. The floors now look rich, even, and completely transformed. Highly recommend Mongalo Designs Flooring for refinishing and custom color work!"

KMC was extremely and arguably over responsive with messages on Angi and text messages from the owner, the office manager, and Yoshiko. After discussing the project's requirements with Yoshiko, she offered to send a tech the next day to measure and quote the price and details of the job. Bryan showed up within the two-hour window and was honest and professional with my questions and how to remedy some difficult food, drink, and ink stains. We agreed the scope of work, and he performed the job as agreed. The truck mounted system is top of the line. There's no need to hook-up to your sink or outside water. Bryan offered three options for the stain removal. I authorized option 3 after the first two didn't work. In short, I wouldn't hesitate to use this pro again."
