"The technician was amazing. The issue was that I didn't understand the full scope of the coupon and sale so some of the work he started doing was by himself so he ended up trying to bill us for a large service charge-- 220 bucks for the work. The company was very accommodating. We went back and talked to them that we didn't understand that this was going beyond as there was no discussion on it. The guy who did the work was absolutely fantastic and very good at speaking when he was going along. We negotiated the price back down and it was very minimal at the end. They went like, "Oh we're sorry that you guys got stuck an extra bill." Very excellent. Very awesome. Very accommodating after we had that kind of hiccup. I'm okay with the price because he did a lot of good work. He taught us a lot. I wished they had just said, "So these are the only parts covered in your coupon. If you like I can do this work but it's gonna cost a little bit." They just seem way, way too much for $220. The cost of the refrigerant was really high and we had that brought down. The service department was very welcoming to discuss things. It was great that somebody was willing to teach a new homeowner techniques to prevent having problems in the future."
