"The crew at Ceiling Specialist did an excellent job with my ceilings! I was under a deadline to have work done in my unit and they were expeditious in the removal of the acoustic ceiling, retexture, and painting. They used high quality materials for the work. The workers were extremely friendly and took great care with clean-up each day. I have 2 floors and vaulted ceilings which can pose quite a challenge, but the work was consistently top notch through the entire unit. In all honesty, I just couldn't live with the popcorn ceiling in my unit. It looked so bad (even worse on vaulted ceilings), I don't know how others in my complex have managed, but I will be recommending Ceiling Specialists to them as well."

They installed laminate flooring (including the closets); painted the entire interior, created fixtures in the livingroom and bedroom ceilings for fans, replaced the toilet, replaced the registers and so much more. Brian even traveled to my apartment to remove the ceiling fans and install them in my new place. I originally called them for the flooring and was excited to discover they could do so much more. They finished everything in 4 days!! (I have a 900 sq. ft. condo) I will be using them again to re-do my kitchen and bathroom. "He did not have the right tools. I have some kind of transformer that takes like 220 current and turns into a 110 current and so I said does that transformer go to the light that lights up my house and he said I really don't know. He just did not get stuff finished. He gets it half done and say and okay I think you need a new transformer right take this to an electrical wholesaler and have them make sure that its a bad transformer but anyway he took it off so I don't have the transformer hooked up. he could not fix the light in another place because he could not get in. I just was disappointed and I kept thinking well maybe if I give him one more project he can do the next project well. It just kind of went from bad to worse. We tried to change the light bulbs at a 23 foot ceiling in my main entry and so he had an extended ladder and an extension pole and instead of him getting up on it he pushed his Mexican worker on it who does not speak English and has never done it before and then he locked the room. He does not really know what he is doing. I just felt it was unprofessional. I paid him additional money. I paid him a lot more money than the Angie's list price to see if he could get everything accomplished. Many things left unaccomplished. He was frustrated and I was frustrated and then I got his bill."

"We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. Their workers was clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. I discovered that Charlie visits the job site every few days, but he too sincerely cares about your home. He always called regarding the schedule, timeline or if there was a problem that need to be solved. We asked for changes to the electric wiring after the tiles have been installed. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely yes. We will refer this company to all our friends."
