"Carini installed my mini splits a few years ago and promised me the world with their warranties. Well, turns out they botched something during the install and all of the refrigerant leaked out. They want $2,200 to refill and re-pressurize the line. Since they cross-threaded the screw that led to the leak during installation, this should be covered under the "Lifetime Craftsmanship" guarantee. Instead, they're trying to charging me a full day of labor to fix their mistake. Support on this issue has been dismal. It's been 16 days since they first diagnosed the problem and I still don't have a timeline for when this will get fixed. I chose Carini because of their warranties and their service record, but its all smoke and mirrors. You've been warned."

"We had a few different HVAC companies come out to give us bids and Miss Minisplit was consistent price wise with the other bids but she had much better availability. The others were months out and she was available the following week which was perfect because we were quickly coming up on the hot summer months. We are so glad we went with her. She was fast and efficient and very pleasant to be around. Even when I bugged her with questions during install, because I was just so curious, she answered them and explained what she was doing. Afterwards she gave us a quick lesson on how to work them and how to clean them. Since install we have had a few more questions and she has answered them quickly. We have since suggested her to our friends that are looking to add minisplits to their home and they love her too."
