"Carini installed my mini splits a few years ago and promised me the world with their warranties. Well, turns out they botched something during the install and all of the refrigerant leaked out. They want $2,200 to refill and re-pressurize the line. Since they cross-threaded the screw that led to the leak during installation, this should be covered under the "Lifetime Craftsmanship" guarantee. Instead, they're trying to charging me a full day of labor to fix their mistake. Support on this issue has been dismal. It's been 16 days since they first diagnosed the problem and I still don't have a timeline for when this will get fixed. I chose Carini because of their warranties and their service record, but its all smoke and mirrors. You've been warned."

After a salesman came to our door, he designed our landscaping plan — retaining wall, stairs, shed pad, boulders, and sprinklers — and quoted $24,995. I paid in full around July 8, 2025, with a contract promising completion by July 28. No one ever showed up until I contacted them. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. We agreed on a price, design, delivery schedule, deposit, and milestones according to our budget and needs upfront. We had no major issues with delays and the job progressed in a timely manner as he originally promised. The end result is simply phenomenal!!! Unfortunately, in the middle of our renovation, my wife had surgery, however Will and his team were able to adjust our design and schedule to give her easy accessibility which helped aid in her recovery in the short term and hopefully for the long term. Throughout the construction process, Will and his crew was punctual, respectful, and hardworking. Will personally showed up on the work site to make sure everything progressed on schedule and to double check the quality of his team's work. He was meticulous and always kept the job site clean and organized. Will's attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the renovation, from the custom cabinets and bookshelves, to the tile work in the kitchen, the French double doors, our walk-in shower and tub, vanity, and central fire place. He didn't miss anything! We hope to make memories for many years in this place with our kids and grand children.
