"Eric R. and Fernando G. were the specialists who came out. They were so courteous, and professional, explained everything they were doing, and told me all that they found and suggest. The young neighbor boy even came over to talk to them, and they were so kind to him!! Lees Air, and Fernando and Eric, will be my go-to a/c and heating people from now on."

"The provided installed two skylights, scraped and retextured the ceilings, made the attic easily accessible with a pull drop-down ladder, installed a fan in the roof of the attic to keep the attic cool (the fan kicks on at 80 degrees), repainted the interior, made wall repairs, and installed new bathroom fixtures. The workers were professional, friendly and usually prompt. Called when they were running late or needed to reschedule."

"Mike and helper nice people but work was not professional and had I not been there the cabinet hardware would have been installed incorrectly. Mike did not communicate well with helper so mistakes were made until Mike would do the task himself. They did not like me present while they were working but after the first mistakes I didn’t feel comfortable leaving. I didn’t have them finish the cabinets because they were complaining about having to do cabinets and how difficult it is on older ones."

"GM construction is awesome, right price, grate work couldn't be happier. especially working with Jose. I have hired again."

"The work done by Mario is amazing. He is very professional, honest, and he responds quickly with quotes and questions. I had a fence put in my backyard and it's beautiful. I have rehired him multiple times for the remodel of my house. He has installed gates, wood flooring, closed off a room, installed doors, concrete work, and installed carpet in my guest house. I will forever rehire Mario when needed."
