We had T1-11 siding on about 2/3 of a back wall of our house and then wrapped around 1/3 of another wall. Beneath was simply studs and insulation. He had to remove all that and create a new wall for us, in essence. All in preparation for having the house exterior painted in a couple months. It was such an eyesore, we lived with it for 12+ years, and now Javier's craftsmanship has transformed the back of our house where we spend a lot of time in the summer. "Went well. Alex and crew showed up on time. They completed more than I anticipated for the prescribed time. Pruning of small tree, roses, shrubs. Removal of a weedy shrub. They cleaned up and hauled away the debris upon completion. I've used this company for several years for a variety of yard work. I find them to be honest and hard workers. They are a small company and at times may take a while for a call back to schedule. Sometimes they can be slightly above average in price, but the work is exceptional."

"The team I worked with at BAU was great. I hired them to repair some minor vertical and horizontal foundation cracks that were found in a recent general home inspection. Everyone who came out was upbeat, professional, punctual, thorough, and highly detailed. Hunter came out first to check the entire foundation and give a free estimate. They then split the work up into two dates, and each crew was great. Michael and James came out first for the initial round, and then Alexander and Gabe came out to wrap up the last few areas. The guys were always on time, which is greatly appreciated. Both repair teams also did their own additional checks of the surrounding areas, also greatly appreciated.
