"Juan was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was in desperate need of someone to help me with replacing my walls after I had a different crew do an abatement job. Juan & JC Construction were the first ones to contact me about this project. He was able to replace the insulation in the walls and did most of the wall installation himself. Then 2 of his crew came out the next day and they completed the rest of the necessary work. They were able to get everything uniform and looking the same as the existing walls. It all looks like it never really had any changes. I was given the estimate for 3 or 4 days of work for the repair project --- but they managed to get it all done in only TWO DAYS. I am very grateful, pleased & happy with the end results. I don't know if I'll ever need anything else done, but if I do, they're #1 on my list. THANKS AGAIN, GUYS!! 5☆"

"Ron was easy to work with. He was always on time, polite and reasonably priced. I had gotten my plumbing rerouted and the plumbers ripped out big sections of drywall throughout the house. Ron and his crew came in, completely repaired walls and put in new patches of drywall. The work came out beautiful and you can't even tell which parts of the drywall is new. A++ service and work"

He repaired a damaged wall in my garage, installed a cabinet and shelving in the garage installed a kitchen faucet, two light fixtures, a smoke detector and some hanging strips for tools in the garage. They take there time to set up plastic and ram board to protect all the finish surfaces in the house. You can find a cheaper guy buy you’ll pay more to get Mr Guerras Lathing and Plastering to fix the other guys work!!!! Highly recommend Guerras Lathing and Plastering for all small or big projects. Just awesome work will be booking him for my other three projects!!!"
