He repaired a damaged wall in my garage, installed a cabinet and shelving in the garage installed a kitchen faucet, two light fixtures, a smoke detector and some hanging strips for tools in the garage. I had absolutely no stress as Juan took care of the things like he was working for his own house project, he did not need to be told, he found issues and fixed them. This is not easy stuff, not something you can just look at You Tube and fix. Requires skill and patience. Required 3 coats of plaster with sanding in between. One coat a day.
