"Smart Heating and Air Conditioning was very responsive and came out when we really needed them. We were without heat as our old furnace no longer worked and our AC was on its last leg. Mike came out to give us a quote which was the best out of three that we had. He went over all options with us and now we are very satisfied to have a new and efficient heating and AC system. They lived up to their name as well, by upgrading my thermostat to a WiFi one that added that SMART touch to my system."

"I was fortunate to receive service on the same day I called. My issue was difficult to diagnose, as many have tried before. They were willing to step in and try to resolve my issue for good. They were successful at their first attempt. I am grateful to Guerrero Heating & Air this Labor Day weekend of 100*F+ weather."

"This is the third time I have used Albert Nahman. This time was for a water leak with an unclear origin. They did a great job diagnosing the problem and took the time to explain what they found and offer options on potential fixes. I really appreciate the care their plumber took in tracking down the problem and providing a realistic quote for the cost and time to fix the problem. They also arrive on time and do a great job cleaning up after the work is done. A+++ company. Will definitely use them again the in future."

"I found Jim's Air Systems through HomeAdvisor, and Josh was the first contractor to reach out to me personally, not through an automated service. From the start, communication with him was excellent. I provided him with a detailed description of the job, along with model numbers and photos of my existing system. He reviewed everything carefully rather than giving me a quick, generic quote. I received another bid for comparison, but the other contractor was significantly more expensive and wanted to upsell me. It was refreshing that Josh understood I had done my research, knew what I wanted, and didn't pressure me into unnecessary upgrades. Josh's team arrived on time, completed the work as scheduled, obtained the required permit, and left my home as clean as they found it. Overall, a great experience and a solid value. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."

"My AC stopped working last November, and since then i had 4 contractors i called to fix it, i was turned down by everyone. i called Tyndall and peter came out and talked about it with me, actually troubleshot it, and 2 days later had parts and fixed it. i would give them 6 stars if i could. im so glad to have my ac running again. my recommendation, if you want something done, call Tyndall, because the rest of the contractors seem to just say its not fixable and leave without even looking at it. these guys were the first people that listened, then looked at the unit before declining service, and then actually fixed it. 10/10 great job and thank you."

"The service was air duct and vent cleaning but I couldnâ t find it as one of the details listed here."

"They showed up early, he had the part on his truck he replaced the device in HVAC unit and had me up and running in no time. He was very nice, very kind and very polite."

"I had a great experience with them. They were professional, friendly, and did a great job with the work. They explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I really appreciate their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating or air conditioning work."
