This is one of those instances; I cannot say enough, good things about the professionalism of the employees at the office and those that showed up on site to install wall insulation. They showed up at the beginning of the two hour window, which was fantastic and explained everything with upfront pricing. We even asked for additional insulation and they were able to accommodate. Our home walls are now insulated and we even noticed a difference right away. From the time of arrival to completion they were nothing but exemplary. We were able to schedule them for the same week and the work was completed after 2 days of work. He checked it out and explained that the unit was overcharged and the safety mechanism worked to shut it down and prevent damage to compressor during the hot afternoon the day before.
