With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. "Very nice and pleasant service guys came to install a new water heater and took the old one out. Very knowledgeable and helpful. People on the phone are really nice as well. These guys showed up a couple days before Christmas and was able to install the same day they came to inspect. They went out of their way to find the special size I needed so that I would not go without hot water during the holidays! I live in the mountains and there was snow and they had to crawl through a small opening to get the water heater out and put the new one in.
