Juan, the installer was on time, courteous, self-effacing, humorous, knowledgable and highly skilled. He replaced the ugly functioning plumbing (piping) with a more contoured professional appearance. After the system instalation, function test, old water softener packed and area cleaned. "Two service Techs, Daniel and Kevin, came by the same day i called regarding a clogged sewer line. They were very pleasant and personable which put me immediately at ease. They performed an inspection and showed me a live video feed of my sewer line, indicating where the roots were growing in that caused the clogging. 
They recommended hydrojetting due to the size of sewer, and scheduled a visit the following day.  The next day the same techs came by and cleaned out the sewer line via hydrojetting. Afterwards they did another video inspection and showed me their results. They were professional, communicative, clean, and very pleasant to deal with.

"Frustrating. I called for the toilet tuneup at the end of September. Did not show up because of truck accident. The plumber did show up for his appointment and did a good job on my toilet. I decided to get a quotation on my shower leak in rear house. The plumber quoted $180.00. I needed to pay extra money for a shower valve. At the side of the house, there was a water leak in which he stopped. The plumber got sick and I had to deal with a subsitute plumber. He finally finished the job 10/26/17. Gave me a deduction for my frustration."
