"I have a tankless water heater that was giving an error code and i had no hot water! The tech that came out was very nice and knowledgeable. Im glad to report i now have hot water again. As a side note I talked with the tech about water treatment options and a RO system and as long as my husband agrees I will be having them install both items!!"

"Drew came out and did an excellent job diagnosing my clogged bathtub drain. He was on time, efficient, very descriptive in his repair, left left the job totally cleaned up. And it needs to be stated that his price was very reasonable. I’m so happy that I have now found my new go to plumber. I highly recommended Service Flow to my family, friends and to you."

"My water heater wasn't heating the water. Serviceman taught me how to light the pilot. He was very polite and helpful. I was very impressed with the service he provided."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Joshua at Diamond House, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service. My pipes were old, corroded, and causing issues in almost every part of my house from faucets to my water heater and water pressure. When I reached out for a repiping project, they responded quickly and scheduled an in-home consultation right away. Their team was punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would. Joshua walked me through the process of replacing my aging pipes and even gave me a few options that fit my budget. If any unexpected issues came up (as they sometimes do with older homes), he discussed them with me before proceeding. This level of communication gave me peace of mind. Although repiping is a significant investment, I felt that their pricing was fair for the high level of service I received. The long-term benefits of upgraded plumbing have already made a difference in my water pressure and quality. They also provided a warranty on all of their work and included yearly maintenance on my water heater and water filter/descaler. Diamond House Plumbing exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repiping or other plumbing work."
