"I had a terrific experience with Foundations On The Level. Peter provided terrific insight and took the time to fully explain the issue with my foundation. Peter took care of everything, including setting up the engineer and getting the necessary permits with the city. Although my foundation issue was not a big job, Peter always took the time to properly communicate and made sure my repairs were done properly. I purchased a big deal for this service and it worked out good. I just did not really jell with the designer so I did not use them. I did not like his ideas and did not like how they threw out the dollar amount for the project without knowing what I wanted to do. They are good, but it just did not work for me.

"They had to come back and redo it. The initial person who came out was not very professional. She was the salesperson as well as the provider and was always in a hurry to get somewhere and was kind of condescending. They were not very good communicators."
