"Their technician did an excellent inspection job: he crawled under the house, took photos, and did a very precise measurement of the house level. However, Saber doesn't replace steel girders under what are called "Princess homes". They can do jack replacement and leveling, but first I need a rusted steel girder replaced, for which I must hire a different foundation contractor."

"I had a terrific experience with Foundations On The Level. Peter provided terrific insight and took the time to fully explain the issue with my foundation. Peter took care of everything, including setting up the engineer and getting the necessary permits with the city. Although my foundation issue was not a big job, Peter always took the time to properly communicate and made sure my repairs were done properly. The project started and ended on time, which is a big plus. "After searching online and interviewing a few contractors we found just do it builders on Angies list. From the beginning we had a very good chemistry with Eric the owner. A factor that was really important to us. My husband and I decided to go with him and we were very pleased with the outcome for our project. As Eric promised the remodel took almost 4 weeks. They remodel our kitchen completely with new cabinets, new granite counter top. We also changed the floors to hardwood floor and we also added recessed lights and few outlets in dining area. What I like the most with this company is that every morning we got a phone call from the project manger in the office about the schedule of every day, we knew exactly when the guys are coming to work and we were updated with the stages of the project. Communication was great and helpful for us. The crew kept our house clean as much as they could. They took the trash every end of the day and really made the process easy and comfortable experience as it can be. I will definitely recommend just do it builders to my family and friends. We are thinking to remodel out bathroom soon and I already contact Eric for a quote. Thanks again for such a beautiful work we love our new kitchen!!
