Moreover, I discovered that the bottom plate of the refrigerator was missing and, consequently, wires running from the refrigerator to the freezer were dangling onto the floor. My mother went to the store, on two occasions, and requested to exchange this 3 year-old model for a 2022 model, noting that if we had known this was not a new model, we would never have purchased it. On both occasions the salesperson stated that he would have to speak with the store manager, and they would call her "in the next couple of days." She didn't receive a call on either occasion. Accordingly, I accompanied her to the store on November 11, 2022, and spoke to Jeff White, salesperson and explained the situation. Again, we were told that he needed to speak to the manager, whom he called on his cell in our presence. He left a message for the manager, then told us that he would call "in the next couple of days" to resolve the issue. That was 3 weeks ago and we still haven't heard from Carmona's. Not only did Carmona's fail to inform us that the "new" refrigerator we were purchasing was in fact a 3 year-old model, they seem to be stonewalling us in our efforts to rectify the situation until the warranty runs out."

"American Home Shield (AHS) warranty is replacing my broken microwave with a new one. I received the new microwave on 11/11/2020 and notified AHS it was in my possession. Part of the warranty contract includes the installation of the new microwave. AHS typically assigns contractors themselves. However, this time AHS contracted with C & R Services with a dispatch number on 11/13/2020 for C & R to assign a local contractor to do the install. After two weeks of waiting and not being contacted by C & R or a contractor, I called C & R to follow up on the status. They said it would be 1 to 2 weeks from the date they received the dispatch from AHS. I informed them it had been 2 weeks in which they replied that it would be another 2 weeks. As of today, 12/11/2020, 4 weeks from the date C & R received the dispatch, I have not been contacted by C & R or a contractor. C & R's lack of communication and customer service is absurd. Got our unit working on the first call. Told us if it goes out again, to not call American Home Shield and to call him direct. The system failed again within a couple days. Took several days for him to return our calls and for him to again come out. The 2nd time he informed us the compressor and completely blew up and was in parts on the floor of the unit. Said he would submit a report to American Home Shield. This was on 1-4-2022. Today is 2-24-2022 and a report has yet to be filed. Last night it was 27 Degrees and we still have not heater. This clown, on he second visit, mentioned he thought maybe someone manipulated our unit to cause it to fail. He was the pervious person to look at the unit. Makes one wonder doesn't it? American Home Shield has told us we should not have called him direct. Now we are having to look for someone else to look at our unit. This clown is dishonest and failed to submit his report. As a result he has cause a hardship for us. I recommend you look elsewhere if you need service. If you go ahead and use this company after reading this, you get what you derserve."
