FRAUD or NEGLIGENCE? In January of 2022, I accompanied my 89 year-old mother, for whom I am a caregiver, to Carmona's Appliance Center to purchase a new refrigerator. We ended up purchasing a Whirlpool refrigerator which was discounted $100.00 due to a small dent, which the salesman said most likely occurred during shipping. Carmona's Appliance delivered and set up the refrigerator. A few months later, I happened to look up the model number, to order filters, and discovered that we had been sold a 3 year-old refrigerator, and not a new one. It should be noted that Carmona'a does not sell used appliances. Moreover, I discovered that the bottom plate of the refrigerator was missing and, consequently, wires running from the refrigerator to the freezer were dangling onto the floor. My mother went to the store, on two occasions, and requested to exchange this 3 year-old model for a 2022 model, noting that if we had known this was not a new model, we would never have purchased it. On both occasions the salesperson stated that he would have to speak with the store manager, and they would call her "in the next couple of days." She didn't receive a call on either occasion. Accordingly, I accompanied her to the store on November 11, 2022, and spoke to Jeff White, salesperson and explained the situation. Again, we were told that he needed to speak to the manager, whom he called on his cell in our presence. He left a message for the manager, then told us that he would call "in the next couple of days" to resolve the issue. That was 3 weeks ago and we still haven't heard from Carmona's. Not only did Carmona's fail to inform us that the "new" refrigerator we were purchasing was in fact a 3 year-old model, they seem to be stonewalling us in our efforts to rectify the situation until the warranty runs out.

They are very nice.

We had a little problem with the delivery driver who messed up my floor a little bit.  They gave me an extended warranty for the trouble.  Overall they've been great.

Helped in making decision on HE washer/dryer.  It was scheduled for two day delivery and the next day I realized I needed to make a change from front loading to top loading which also costed less.  We saved even more by purchasing the prior year's model that offered the same features I needed.  Art & Roy were a great help in this.  We appreciated not being over sold.  The change was handled quickly and the new appliances were delivered the next day!  It arrived when it was promised and installation was quick.  The crew was friendly and professional.  
We  then needed a refrigerator and the experience was the same.  Besides having great prices, I was able to consider all the major brands side by side.  With Art's help, I was able to spend my dollars on the features I used and not on extras.  The delivery experience was the same as the washer/dryer.
Inventory selection is great, prices are great and service is great.

It was great.  We asked lots of questions, went in several times, talked to different salespeople and got similar answers.  The post purchase service really sold us. Anytime we've needed help with a purchase, Carmona's has never hesitated to provide quick service.

Excellent. Service person was prompt, gave us clear explanation of the problem, and repaired the fan blade that was bent and causing the problem.

I have used them before. They have a pretty wide range of brands available and pretty good range of prices for selection. They have been in business for a long time. A lot of our friends and contacts have used them. They had all the parts and equipment with them in the truck.
