"Chris, who appears to own the company got paid $1,500 to install a $400 new motor on my pump. His technician programmed it incorrectly, now all the components are running out of sync, with the sweep motor and salt cell running dry without water. He was unwilling to help me program it, said he didn't know how to and he told me the pump was incompatible with my system controller. He told me this only after he installed it and now refuses to correct the problem without charging me even more money. He could have easily offered the next size pump which could work with my controller - but he did not. Told me I should have asked. Chris - if you read this - please make it right and I will change my review. If my review is still up, Chirs never made it right."

As time progressed the business expanded to the heating industry adding valuable employees and moving into a larger office location. Wanting to expand into our extended community in Curry County, Frank decided to add another location which is now known as Orca Heating & Refrigeration. Heavenly Heat Infrared Saunas are made for the chemically sensitive. That means that our infrared saunas create an ideal, safe, and effective detoxification environment for anyone seeking to eliminate toxic substances from their body.

"I purchased a Heavenly Heat Sauna a few weeks ago . What I liked is you don?t smell any glues . I also liked its easy ( two man ) assembly. What I don?t like , in order to avoid using glues, they use pins or very thin nails. Some pins were missing and some were not beneath the surface. For the rough edges you?re provided with a small piece of sandpaper . Bot at a cost of over 5k you don?t expect to do sanding. My biggest complaint is that it takes almost an hour to get the sauna to 150 degrees. Definitely not worth the price. "
