One Time Interior House Cleaning

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I needed a good housecleaning on short notice and Simple Visions sent Amy and her son Eli the next day. They were quick, professional, and superb. The house hasn't been this clean in years! Well worth the expense.

Lou and his crew did an outstanding job on our new fence. They tore down and removed our old fence, removed trees and bushes, and put up a beautiful fence around our patio and our back yard. They both look great and will give us years of enjoyment! We have other projects in mind including a bathroom renovation and a new front porch, and Lou will be our first choice.

The paint looks awesome and the bill was less than the estimate! As I look around our house, I see several projects that Lou and his company have completed--bathroom, lighting, windows, outdoor patio--and they're all first class! We have several other projects in mind and will trust Lou for each of them.

Lou and his staff do outstanding work! They are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We have used them for several projects in the past and will rely on Simple Visions to do additional projects for us in the future. Our patio cover, this project, looks beautiful and we've already been out and enjoyed being outside on a rainy day. Give Lou a chance to improve your home, you will be glad you did!

My dogs' getting sprayed prompted me to replace the fence was quoted as between 15,000-26000, and I chose Simple Visions because They were at the low end. I could not be more pleased. Had I retained a more expensive firm, I could I would not have had the experience I did with Simple Visions. This gem of a firm had my fence built lickedy split, and they were in and out of my yard in one week flat . The skunks are history. I will be using them for all my home improvement projects going forward.

Lou is an experienced builder, and he knew what he was doing in all aspects of our jobs. His workers were all very friendly, courteous, and hard workers. Shawn was an especially talented carpenter/worker who took a lot of care in what he did, a real craftsman. All the work they did was done very well, and care was taken in all details of the job. We were very satisfied with all their work. I would have liked to have seen a breakdown of the cost of materials vs labor on the billing of the last, small, fence post job.

Lou and his staff are great about cleaning up after their work. They take the time to make sure we are happy with their product and ready to answer any questions. Lou also gives great advice and advised against a project because we simply didnâ t have the room. The shower they installed looks great! This is the third time weâ ve had Lou do work for us and it certainly will not be the last.

Lou and his staff did an outstanding job on our window replacement and installing new outdoor lighting! They cleaned up each day and everyone was polite and considerate. When the bill came, it was actually less than the estimateâ how often does that happen? I highly recommend Simple Visions.

Lou and his crew did exceptional work throughout the project. They were always on time, easy to get ahold of, "fine-tuned" any details that needed consultation before going-ahead, and best of all came through on budget, even though there was need for minor add-ons to the original project. I totally recommend him and his crew without qualification and won't hesitate to hire him for any future projects as needed.

Great job. Men were polite, clean and used time well. Before last man ( Kevin) left, I told him not to worry about the dust. He left and I went in to take finial look and start dusting, well he had already cleaned. I was so shocked and of course very pleased. Thank you ( Scott and Kevin). Good job on the new floor. My new bathroom is beautiful

On one hand, they are pricey, the only reason they got 4 stars instead if five. On the other hand, they did the job and did it well. The handyman was good natured, enjoyable to have around, tidy, and did what he said. I kept offering the work to people who agreed to do the work and then didnâ t show.
