After a few unsuccessful attempts to troubleshoot the problem through the home builder and a couple of other service providers, Juan Sandoval was able to confidently troubleshoot the problem with our irrigation system. He was quick to respond and provided prompt service to resolve the problem.

This project began with another contractor (a friend of a friend situation) only to discover the contractor lacked experience to complete the job. Dirty Hands was the first to respond to my Angi search. They visited the very next day, provided a reasonable quote and began preparing the site. I was quoted completion in 2 weeks. They finished ahead of schedule. My yard looks fabulous. I am very pleased.

Juan and Dirty Hands Services was terrific! We tried for a year to get a retaining wall built and concrete poured for an outdoor kitchen, however several estimates were outrageous....and the one who wasn't never showed up. I went through Angie's list and Juan responded immediately, arrived within a day and gave us a very reasonable quote! He completed the work as promised, on time and was gracious when we had some last minute design changes! I could not recommend him and Dirty Hands Services more! If you want quality work done in a very timely manner and with a positive attitude, call Dirty Hands! You will not be disappointed!

Juan did a great job on our concrete patio demo and installation. He kept to his proposed schedule and was finished a couple days early. He went as far as to visit us Thanksgiving morning for the estimate and gave up his Saturday to pour our deck.

Juan Sandoval does excellent work! Had much needed new sod and sprinkler systems installed a couple years ago, and looked to Juan for the extensive backyard remodel. He did such a phenomenal job (a 360-degree transformation!) that it is hard to believe that this is our new backyard. We love it! This project consisted of complete demolition, 2 stucco walls, cement, pavers, 2 planters, a new sod and sprinkler system, and 2 gates. He did not disappoint he was reliable, efficient, professional, and had good communication; we could not be more pleased with the quality of his work! If you are thinking about hiring someone to do your lawn, sprinklers, concrete, or backyard, get in touch with Juan Sandoval highly recommended!

Very prompt and cheerful service. I had an emergency and Juan showed up within a half hour of my call. You can't beat that with a stick. He did an excellent repair and was prepared as he had the replacement part in his truck, no having to go to the store, and no wasted time.

Hired him for a lawn/irrigation and concrete patio job. The lawn and Irrigation turned out perfect, but the concrete has no cut lines and has cracks all over already and puddles water against the house in rain. He saw the problem with the standing water and was like oh well. He did not try to fix it at all. Also, he left his equipment in my yard over a week, left trash and leftover materials piled up against my ext walls. I am most unhappy with the concrete, which was expensive and badly done.

"You left out the part that it rained against the forecast the night we finished, when we showed up in the morning to address the water damage on the concrete you said as long water did not get into the house like it used to, that everything is good and you proceeded to pay us. Why would you leave out key factors, when it is obvious we wanted to help by showing up first thing in the morning and confronting you on the situation? In addition, there is trash and equipment on a 2-month project."

He worked quickly but I feel like we were over charged for the work. He did not give us a receipt because he said he didn't have a receipt book. But a receiot can be written out on any piece of paper. My husband paid him cash with no receipt because he said he was going to text us a receipt which we never received. Also he said he didn't even have any business cards. He told my husband to just take a picture of his truck.

"Tell your husband thank you for choosing us from all other plumbers in riverside county , I appreciate your feedback, but touch base with your husband because after he awarded the 2 plumbing repairs for 450.00 labor and materials I started working then he remembered that he had a additional sprinkler valve that needed to be replaced and since we love our seniors we did not charge for additional work."

A little expensive. Installed Sod lawn front and back yards. Some misses with sprinklers and sod placements. Did not provide the requested sprinkler controller.

"Hi, Tom, if your electrician already installed an outdoor GFI outlet, I would be happy to install your requested controller and remove the battery controller that was installed temporally until your electrician showed up, I left a message about a week ago. I haven't heard back but when you're ready, its in our truck."
