"Gentleman was courteous and professional. Pilot generator was replaced and gas valve installed."

"Everything went ok as far as I could tell, but yesterday a plumber told me the gas line was not large enough and that is why the water heater is not working properly."

"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? Thank you for your time & assistance."

"Harry installed a new buried gas line for my hot tub. The job was well done. The site was need and clean after he finished. I am very happy with the price and quality of his work."

"The plumber that was sent was very friendly and easy to work with."

"I've run a property management company for 10 years. Had guests from out of town, clogged toilets, and an atypical 175 ft long sewer line. I was in a pinch and my regular plumber wasn't available. Hired Ace Star through HomeAdvisor after the first franchise plumber I had out didn't have a long enough snake and then tried to charge me an exorbitant fee for some hydro service to clear the line. No thank you. Johnny was great. Called right away to schedule. Showed up on time. Had the right equipment. Did the job. Didn't make a mess in my yard. Charged a fair price. That's all you can ask for. I'll call him again."

"Brandon did a great job with the mystery leak. He was very thorough and tried to be the least invasive with my sheetrock and ceiling leak. This way I will not have such a big project of repair to my ceiling. Great job!!!!"

"Apex Plumbing came by and repaired my main line. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He also has really great prices too."

"Service plumber arrived on site, on time and was ready to begin. He was friendly and professional. He was fully aware of the problem and what needed to be done. He acquired the necessary parts and changed them accordingly as proficient as possible. Our bathroom sink drain issue was completely resolved and ready. Thank you Eric for a great job!"
