GTO disconnected the gas line to our stove, which we've replaced with an induction range. They're a delight to work with. Prompt, effective and reasonably priced. Recommended!

It was great

Installed a pull-down hose we provided. Used a new part rather than an old, which unfortunately prevents the hose from retracting fully into the faucet. The hot water is suddenly very loud. The water pressure needs to be adjusted to prevent this.

Manolo is a gem! He is honest, careful and thorough. I am so grateful to know I can trust him to advise me on the care of my very old house. I will only call Manolo in the future.

Manolo was first to respond for estimate, Showed up on time. When the main supply valve to the pond failed that same day (I had to shut supply to the house!) he was able to come the next morning and replace a 50+ year old valve with a nice new copper valve and bronze fitting to the ancient galvanized. There was a lot of digging to do. He and his assistant did very good work, were very communicative and the price was in the ballpark for an emergency job. Will definitely call on him again.

Highly recommend using GTO plumbing. We had a leak in a pipe under the concreate foundation for the house which required repipeing of the entire house. Five other plumbing companies from Home Advisor/Angi took a look and refused to even bid on the job saying it was too difficult. GTO and I spent about 3 hours talking about how to do the job. We agreed on a price on price, (very fair) and within 2 days GTO's team had the entire house repiped. It was an incredibly difficult job and they did it in less than two days. Incredible. Would I use them again? YES.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with one of Manolos men, Alberto Lopez. I needed multiple repairs on my rental property including plumbing work and had a deadline to meet for a housing inspection. I emphasized the deadline at the very beginning to Alberto and he reassured me he was 100% sure he will be able to finish the job. Once he got the check for part of the work, his tone changed. He would not respond to my texts or answer my calls. I had to contact Manolo to reach Alberto. He would keep lying about how he was on the way to the property, but four hours later when I visited the property, he was still not there. I ended up missing the deadline and my tenant. I do not want other folks to go through what I had to experience. They are deceitful, dishonest and have no respect for their clients trust .
