"When we first discovered we had a leak and it got worse, we called several plumbers. Superior not only called us back within the hour, but they sent out a team to discern the source of the leak that day.  Other plumbers could not even come for an estimate the same day.  The work was going to involve replacing the pipes that are underground.  They took care of getting the permits, and did an amazing job.  They were courteous, prompt, professional, and went above and beyond.  The price for the repair was very fair, and they didn't think they would need to cut through our sidewalk to access the pipe.  They later discovered they needed to do more to get to get to the pipe, which involved breaking through the sidewalk; they did NOT charge us any more than the original estimated price, which was amazing.  We also got the Angie's List discount on labor, and while fixing the water pipe, they discovered a gas leak in our gas pipe coming into the house. The worker not only texted me a video of the gas leak bubbling, but also was able to fix the problem for a reasonable amount of money.
