We were offered a discount for paying a full year of service and the customer service has been excellent thus far. We have only had one service performed since we signed up but we are very hopeful this will be a very good pest control service provider. We also asked for early notification prior to service dates as we have a pet that must be kept inside on service days. "We have had a monthly service with Leonardo's for about 10 years in our restaurant. We had been using another company for many years but the cockroaches were having races through the kitchen, so obviously it wasn't working. We contacted Leonardo through a referrral from another restaurant owner. Upon his recommendation, we closed down for 2 days and thoroughly cleaned our kitchen. Leonardo's staff came in and sprayed and we have not seen one bug since. The technicians are professional, timely and whatever they use, it works!! "This service is worth every penny even though pricey.  They did everything they said they would do and accommodated all my little requests.  They were professional, thorough and cleaned up after they were done.  The warranty is great too.  My attic smells great (for an attic yeah hard to believe) and I feel better knowing nothing will be getting in this winter since we heard scratching going on last winter.  They set traps as a precaution even though there is nothing active going on, so yes very thorough.  I would definitely recommend them for this service, as I could not believe this type of service was even out there.
