"Quality work at a reasonable price. Do not be fooled by other vendors. I had one guy tell me I had termites when the droppings turned out to be cricket droppings. Green Jack is honest, friendly and really does a great job. Joaquin is the best! Thank you."

"Very well!  They were very professional, kind and did a great job.  I really liked that Pacific Coast Termite has a two year warranty on their work.  I did have to call them back as I found live termites in my garage.  They came back and took care of that particular area at no charge.
I also used Pacific Coast Termite to insulate my attic.  They did a great job here too!  It has made a remarkable difference in the temperature in my home.  Especially during the warm temperatures we get here in the San Gabriel Valley.
Even though Pacific Coast Termite was not the more reasonable cost compared to the other two estimates I received.  They were, however, extremely thorough.  And this is the reason why I chose this company.  I would refer them to any of my friends and relatives!

"Had a great experience with this pest control company. Corey the exterminator was very knowledgeable, patient, reliable, and so nice and friendly with me and with what my concerns were. I have 2 kids and 2 dogs. They love being outdoors and some of my main concerns are spider, fleas and ticks. Honestly I never write reviews but I wanted to get on here and recommend him because he did a great job. I saw so many dead spiders the next day all around my home. I was so surprised I had seen one here and there but not the amount of dead spiders I found around my property. Would 100% recommend him."

Bird Control questions, answered by experts

An owl's worst enemy in the wild is often other raptors and environmental factors. Among the avian threats, larger owls or other birds of prey can pose a danger, engaging in territorial disputes or competing for food resources. Terrestrial predators like foxes, raccoons, and larger mammals may target owl nests or young fledglings. Environmental factors like severe weather conditions, habitat loss, and food availability changes can also significantly impact owl populations.

When it comes to keeping birds from doing their business on your porch rails, you have several DIY options and home remedies you can try:

  • Tie a fishing line from one end of the deck post to the other. Birds won’t be able to see the line across the railing, so they can’t land on it.

  • Hang wind chimes close by, which may scare birds away.

  • Apply a bird gel repellent to the railings, which contains smells that birds generally don’t like. Or, similarly, you can apply citronella or lemon oil around the railings, since birds don’t like strong smells.

DIY treatments may help minor issues, but professionals provide long-term solutions and prevent recurrence.

Yes, bats can cause quite a bit of damage to the attic. Their weight and movement from flying around can damage insulation, and they can chew through wiring and the walls. As if this isn’t enough, they leave their droppings throughout, which carry harmful bacteria and is dangerous for humans to breathe in, not to mention the extremely foul-smelling odor.

When woodpeckers start banging on your walls or roof, they are probably looking for insects to eat, storing nuts for winter, drilling a hole to make a nest, or communicating with other birds to establish territory or find a mate.

The size of the hole can help determine the reason for the pecking. Small irregular holes are a result of insect hunts. Acorn holes are more consistently sized and often fitted with a nut in the middle. Nest holes are large and have rounded edges. If the bird is pecking to mark its territory or attract a mate, it may leave dents rather than holes, and the noise will stop when the mating season starts in spring.
