    We needed a new water heater and these guys did a great job installing and making sure everything beyond that was addressed. After the initial appointment (very easy to make) they gave us advance notice of their arrival time and showed up on time - so important and respectful! The work was done thoroughly, efficiently and with care. Brian started the job but was called away for an emergency; Todd and Erick did bulk of installation and did it neatly and cleanly. They ensured the work was done to code, making sure everything was tidy and secure. The result was not only a safe installation but it also looked great.     I was referred to Advantage Appliance Repair by a friend. She had been referred to them by a neighbor when her dryer had issues. She really liked the owner Gilbert as he was friendly and knowledgeable. Well, she was right. From the beginning of our telephone contact, Gilbert was professional and friendly. He responded to my voicemail message within a few hours. Since it was not an emergency, we scheduled the appointment for a few days out, specifically today between 4:30-6:30pm. He said he would contact me before his arrival. Well, it was 5:15pm and I was a little nervous he had forgotten about me. So, I sent him a text to see if we were still scheduled. He called to let me know I was his next appointment and to not worry. Anyway, to make a long story short, my friend was right! Gilbert was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He knew immediately what the problem was and replaced the ice maker within 20 minutes of his arrival. He explained how the leak happened and showed me the damaged part. Gilbert even cleaned the coils under the fridge for me. I will definitely pass along Adavatage's number to friends and family

    Called in the morning, and received a same day appointment. The repair tech (Andrey) sent me a text to let me know that they were on their way (within the 2 hour service window). The repair tech was able to find the broken glass in the drain tube which was causing the unit to not drain properly. Cleaned the line out with a high powered shop vacuum and now my dishwasher is draining perfectly. The unit was tested before he left the house. Thanks for the great service

    This guy is a real pro! The original installer came out and gave up on the problem, and I never heard from them again. Duke came out, and diagnosed the issue in an hour.
