Appliance Repair Express

I wish I could get this place a zero. The first time I had to take my carpet cleaner here because of warranty they never called me to let me know my carpet cleaner was ready for pick up. I let it slide. Lo and behold I had to go there again for another warranty issue on the carpet cleaner. I called them and left them two messages and they never called me back so I just showed up to drop it off since it is the closest a local service center. I asked if they could call me to give me an estimate on how long it would be I never heard from them. Call them and left them a voicemail to remind them that they were supposed to call me and again haven’t heard back

I took it to them. They gave me a 3 week time frame. I went back in and they hadn't even looked at it. I came back 3 weeks later and they still didn't look at it. I ended up buying a new one. It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever seen.

My sewing machine is a very old model that was given to me by my grandmother. When it stopped working, I decided to try to have it repaired rather than replace it. Most of the other shops I called were not familiar with the brand and model of my machine and also quoted about twice the price to fix it! Not only did Appliance Repair Express replace belts and recondition the machine in one day, they did so for a reasonable price. And the shop personnel were knowledgeable and courteous.

I have had to call them every single time. They sold me a defective gasket and they said it was my fault it was defective. It was only a $7.50 part but it was defective.

I used this same company the last time my espresso machine stopped working (faulty steam valve if I remember correctly). They did a good job the last time so I decided to use them again. It took them around a week for them to complete the repair, They called within four days to let me know what the problem was and what it would cost to fix it. I told them to go ahead, and was able to pick it up within a couple days. The only thing I was a little disappointed with is that I had to phone them to find out when it was ready to be picked up instead of them calling me. The price seemed reasonable enough. I don't have much to compare to, but espresso machines aren't cheap to begin with so I don't expect repairing them to be either.

I CALLED FOR A REPAIR MAN TO COME OUT AND REPAIR THE WASHING MACHINE. HE CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. ALTHOUGH HE HAD TROUBLE FINDING MY HOME HE WAS ON TIME. HE TOOK A LOOK AT THE MACHINE AND LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG AND THE ESTIMATE TO FIX IT. AT FIRST I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HAVE A BIG MESS TO CLEAN UP BUT WHEN HE WAS DONE HE WIPED EVERYTHING DONE INCLUDING THE FLOOR AND LEFT WITH EVERYTHING IN TACK.
