Will was amazing!! A highly professional and detail oriented electrician. We had a tree take out our power line. Will came out same day to assess the damage, quickly set up all repairs, permit requests, and had the power restored in two days. (All others were giving a 7-10 day timeline. ) Absolute pleasure to work with and heaven forbid another electrical issues arises will definitely hire again.

Wills electric resource: Owner fail to reimburse over payment resource knowingly knew over payment way paid to him when requested for reimbursement company ignore my messages . stealing a Customer over payment is ethical poor business practice. Small Claims RSC 0026296 FAILURE TO APPEAR . PLS DO NOT HIRE THIS CON . The work Wills Electric Resource perform 2 stars only Can lights used was low quality Cheap and brightness limited . Cans not set flush Wills cuts was not Clean and Wills left a discolors round starter spot on my ceiling . Pls don’t hire this Rip Off Clown. look at Pic

"I'm sorry about the experience you had with our company. The issue of over payment was resolved. However in the process you liked the work preformed on your home and stated that you wanted our company to do future work for you and to hold the over payment. Upon your request for the refund our company was transitioning our record system and your invoice could not be located. I ask you several times to provide your receipt copy and you would be refunded and you never supplied it. So please understand with out the proof of requested value most companies would and could not refund with out proof. Upon our company finding you original recite we were gladly able to offer you the refund. I also believe in the process our company aided you in your kitchen remodel by demo and removing some cabinets to help you move forward. So we do offer great value to all of our customers. and would hope to see you join the 100 plus other 5 star review we have earned."

Lost about half the lights, Sunday before Christmas! Will was out Monday morning, had the part in his van, and we had full power by noon. Don’t run yer Grampa’s space heater, for hours, folks. Lesson were learned. Thanks, Will!

Will called us right away and was on site within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and we agreed that we would have him replace the faulty circuit breaker. He tightened the old circuit breaker before he left. Not 10 minutes after he left, our power went out again - now it was an emergency! My husband called him and he was already at the Home Depot, so we purchased a new circuit breaker over the phone. Will came back and installed it, finding that the pole was corroded at that site, so he installed it in a spare block, and we were up and running again. He told us that this fix would give us another 3-5 years before we had to install a new control panel. We were so impressed with his responsiveness and coming to the rescue in our hour of dire need at a fair price and unbeatable timing! We will definitely hire him for the control panel install!
