"I called Jason at Precision Built Construction again as I always to, to construct a "Tough Shed" type building on the side of our home to store garden tools and a special generator to power our home in the event of a PG&E power shutoff. It was perfection! Painted to match the house, it will likely add to the value of our home when we sell."

"It was a great pleasure working with Pouria and Juan. I hired them to help build a 400 sq. ft. deck, and they were able to finish it within a week at a very high quality. They were incredibly flexible with all of our requirements?don't hesitate to communicate with them if you need anything changed during construction! They are absolutely amazing and efficient. Throughout the 5 month project (which is fast for the amount of work we did) we had a number of things change because our plan had to change given structural limitations but Ofer and the team were always willing to think through options and work with us on the best solution."

During the initial meeting, the senior project manager Daniel Perez carefully guided us through the process and was available to answer any of our concerns. Then throughout the project, he checked in on a regular basis to ensure the process went smoothly and made sure everyone stayed within the projected timeline. The interior designer was amazing and extremely talented. I always appreciated how she listened to my thoughts when creating the final design. She was also readily available when needed. The foreman and crew were hardworking, respectful of our home, and accommodated our requests. "Having purchased this second home out of state and literally knowing nothing about the area and what was needed to set up the reconstruction, he was highly recommended by our real estate agent and had great references from other homeowners in the area. Eric helped us find a local architect/designer, worked with the building planning district, water district, etc. etc. so he's much more than just a General Contractor. We simply could not have completed the work without him. As with all remodels, it's stressful and he was the calm, steady person needed to keep everyone in check. He had great sub-contractors and every portion of the work was completed as guaranteed per the contract. When there were hiccups, he fixed it. He did all the hard work, just coordinated with us to be sure we got what we expected from each phase. The results exceeded all our expectations.
