"Karol and his crew are very talented, efficient builders. We hired Karol to build a composite deck to compliment the pool we had installed in the back yard. It turned out beautifully. He is a great communicator and listener, prompt and reliable."

"Excellent!! AJ is a great guy to have working for you."

"Having faced a leaky roof crisis during heavy rains last year, our decision to reach out to this builder turned out to be one of the best choices we made. I wholeheartedly recommend them for their exceptional service. Faced with the challenge of addressing a complex roofing issue involving both flat and slanted structures, they demonstrated unparalleled expertise. Throughout the process, their meticulous attention to detail stood out. From coordinating with skilled roofers to connecting us with a superb cabinet maker, every step was executed with precision. What truly set them apart was their commitment to effective communication, ensuring minimal disruption to our family's routine during the project. Their dedication to not just resolving the issues but doing so with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction was evident. Even during the insurance proceedings, they navigated the complexities effortlessly, making the entire experience stress-free. This builder is more than a construction service; they are a reliable partner who delivers results with an unwavering commitment to excellence."

"Fernando is great. High quality work today on various tasks including new locks, garage hauling, painting, moving furniture etc. I’ve now hired him to partially renovate a bath, including demo and installation. He’s timely, responsive on email, and just a nice guy. And his estimates $ are very fair. Five stars."

"Fast, efficient, friendly, easy to work with, flexible and did really great work!!"

"Having purchased this second home out of state and literally knowing nothing about the area and what was needed to set up the reconstruction, he was highly recommended by our real estate agent and had great references from other homeowners in the area. Eric helped us find a local architect/designer, worked with the building planning district, water district, etc. etc. so he's much more than just a General Contractor.  We simply could not have completed the work without him. As with all remodels, it's stressful and he was the calm, steady person needed to keep everyone in check.  He had great sub-contractors and every portion of the work was completed as guaranteed per the contract.  When there were hiccups, he fixed it.  He did all the hard work, just coordinated with us to be sure we got what we expected from each phase.  The results exceeded all our expectations.  No hesitation with recommending him for any job, large or small.

"The team was amazing! We had an old deck in our backyard and we hired Palm Construction to replace and extend it and they did a great work! The job was done in less than 2 weeks, Communication was great, they cared about the backyard and plants and we are so happy itâ s all ready just before summer. Highly recommended!!"

"Victor is a true pro. He has done many home projects for us over the years, but the highlight was the full kitchen remodel he did for us in 2023. It involved tearing down a non-load bearing wall and relocating the refrigerator and elongating our countertop area, plus all new cabinets installed. The best part was that Victor and his team completed the entire remodel within 4 weeks, which was important to us since we were without a kitchen for that time. I have since recommended Victor many times to neighbors and friends."

"Rick and his crew did a terrific job on our kitchen remodel. It was right on schedule, write on cost estimate and is very high quality. I set a high expectation for them as I have been in the construction business my entire carrier. They exceeded my expectations"
