"After moving back into our home (which had been a rental for 10+ years) we decided we had no choice but to remodel two leaky bathrooms down to the studs and also our 1/2 bath. We looked for experience, a good plan, the promise of communication, and a fair price. And some hand-holding, because we would be living at home during construction. Nathan from Wise Builders is amazing, if you are lucky enough to get him as your project manager. Wise has a unique way of working--there were no surprises, they finished when they said they would, and for the price quoted. We were very pleased when Nathan said that if we went with Wise, he would become our advocate and he would be our liaison with the crew. He really was--whenever there was a question, a text or call got a quick answer. We described what we wanted, and Nathan explained what they could do to make it happen, what was possible vs what would cost more than we wanted to spend. We loved the concept of going to showrooms to pick out absolutely everything from the tile to the shower drain. Nathan helped us place the orders, checked on delivery dates and crew progress at every step, kept us in the loop, and made sure we were always satisfied. The crew is considerate and pleasant, they cleaned up afterwards each day, and most of all, they do beautiful work. Our three new bathrooms are just what we wanted! "We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. Their workers was clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. I discovered that Charlie visits the job site every few days, but he too sincerely cares about your home. He always called regarding the schedule, timeline or if there was a problem that need to be solved. We asked for changes to the electric wiring after the tiles have been installed. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely yes. We will refer this company to all our friends."

"We sought to remodel our bathroom that was 25 years old and in bad condition. We found HomeTech on Angieâ s List and after interviewing other companies we decided to go with HomeTech. Their price was very competitive with the others. However, the more important aspect for us was the trust that we felt from Moses, the project manager from HomeTech. Another plus was the designer services which were not offered by all companies. Everyone from HomeTech was very professional and experienced in their various domains. The demolition took about 3 days; thereafter, the HomeTech team kept us informed about project schedule, availability of materials, potential delays, items needing additional work, and city inspections. We appreciated the quality of the construction, attention to detail, excellence of the workmanship, and the recommendations we've been given. They brought to our attention the poor condition of the pipes from 1938 that really needed replacement. HomeTech completed this part of the project, as well, providing us with new piping throughout the house. Hometech has given us a dream bathroom, which undoubtedly has increased our house value. Deserving of special mention are project manager, Moses; designer Alon; construction manager, Tino, with his crew of Miguel and Chef; and Victoria who kept all informed and coordinated.
