Suncrest Exterminating

Highly Recommend. I knew the friendly staff on the pest control side and they were always efficient, prompt, and courteous. Scheduling was never a problem. Fast forward I needed fumigation. What should have been a very stressful project was lightened by the fact Suncrest Termite took over and I knew I was in excellent hands once again. Stephanie, Gabby, Cory all came together to navigate me through the process and within 2 days I was back home. I can't thank them enough.

Tenting was done and they did NOT break any roof tiles ! However, 2 negatives: 1) the gutter downspouts had to be disconnected, which this firm sent a couple of guys to do that and they did disconnect. BUT they never came back to reconnect them after the tenting - so I had to do that myself. 2) COMMUNICATION: it is only good with the secretary/ phone operator. BUT there is NO SINGLE LEAD person responsible for the whole project that you can directly call to address questions/ issues. Tenting team is separate from estimator/inspector and is separate from the guys disconnecting the gutter, etc. I thought the Inspector was the Lead person. BUT, he was good returning my calls ONLY BEFORE I signed the offer to proceed, BUT never returned my calls AFTERWARDS. So I had to rely on the secretary for printing out my emails to the firm and placing them on Inspector's desk and then had to wait for something to happen.

Just great! Everything from making an appointment through completion of the work: a reasonable price; reminder phone call the day before and when on the way to my place; prompt arrival; informative discussion of problem and solution; very congenial worker who completed the job quickly, gave me instructions not to water the yard for 2 days and to call Suncrest if there was any problem. It was an ideal experience.

I contacted Suncrest for a quote because I saw their truck at two different neighbor's houses and was very happy I did because they did an excellent job of repairing the wood and tenting at a very reasonable price. They have a friendly and efficient office staff. They do the actual tenting and fumigation, so no subcontracting out. I will use them in the future for pest control.

he was punctual and professional. we had him check rodents also. we were going to pay him for traps and he said it was necessary since there was no evidence.

Suncrest was good. It was pretty effective. The price is pretty good, it was not as cheap as the first time because there was a discount, second time it was just a regular price. Every time we call them they are polite and do it very efficiently and then always ask us to call them anytime if there is questions. Every time it is very effective. So I'm very happy with the customer service.

I am extremely satisfied with Suncrest Exterminating! They were the only pest control company I could easily get ahold of, and they were able to very quickly schedule a pest treatment for me to take care of an ant problem (and later a termite inspection). All of the technicians were extremely friendly and polite, and discussed the whole process with me. Each time I needed to make a followup call I was always connected with someone surprisingly fast and they were always really helpful. Ever since getting the treatment I have had no ant problems whatsoever yet!

Suncrest is great! I'm now set up on a regular plan. Highly recommend.

Perfect. Arrived on time and quick service.

Never received a call from the company and was advised when I called them that they had already come out and performed the first service although they did not leave any written indication they had been at my home. I did not hear from them again or see any evidence they had performed a service.

Matt was my service tech and he was very friendly and polite. He explained the process to me and got to work. It was quick because my home is small. I liked having the same service tech each quarterly appointment. He would always check with me before starting to spray to make sure there were not any new bugs and to ask me how the service was going. He did a great job.

Superb! Was told there would be scattered stray ants, but overall, they did the job, and never returned. Would definitely call them again and recommend this company to my friends.

The provider came into the house and sprayed all the baseboards downstairs and upstairs. Next he sprayed all along the outside of the house. When we saw ants again 3 weeks later I called them and they returned and sprayed again. We haven't seen ants since. They were very courteous and neat.

Suncrest came out on 2/12 for their first visit. I told them that we used to have a rodent problem in the attic but I didn't think we had anymore....could he please check in the attic? He very nicely did and removed one rat (long deceased according to him). He then treated the outside and inside of the house, especially concentrating on the ant problem in our dining kitchen area. He asked me to leave the house for about and hour right after he sprayed and said to give the medicine up to 2 weeks to work completely. We waited 2 weeks and no change was seen in the ants (line from the window all the way aross a long counter into the kitchen). So I called them again on 3/4 and got another appointment for 3/11. Same technician came out and sprayed the entire kitchen/dining area concentrating on all problem areas. I waited another week. The ants have not only not been affected in this area...now we are seeing them in other warm parts of the house (daughter's bedroom). I called Suncrest back a week after the second treatment (on 3/18) and they said it was my option to either schedule another appt about a week out (Wed. or Thurs. of this week) or contact Angie's List and try to get a refund. She didn't seem very helpful and said sorry begrudgingly at the end of a 10 minute conversation. I contacted Angie's List that same day and was told that I would receive an email which I did this morning. Ian said I would have to renew my membership (which he nicely did for free) for me to be able to resolve this issue with your department and here we are.

The company was responsive. There was a communication mishap where the technician showed up a week before scheduled. I felt bad to send him away (we were not prepared for treatment at that time) but he was very cordial and took it in stride. He returned the following week and sprayed the house inside and out. We had major ant issues. After his spraying, we left the house for a few hours. We haven't seen / had ant issues since. I got this on a Big Deal.

They were so early that I missed them. That was not good and I was waiting for them. They were super early. The tenant was there. The tenant dealt with them. I talked to them on the phone and they apologized. They could have kept the appointed time that we had agreed upon and I would have been there. The tenant was fine with them, but I did not see them. They could have been timelier and notified me if they got there early. I would tell a friend that the work is good and they just need to make sure that the time of the appointment is confirmed.

They are okay. We bought their quarterly program. They did it twice. They came one day and they had miscommunication. I mentioned in their office that we couldn't do on the appointed date but then the guy showed up anyway. He was a really nice guy. I called to reschedule and they never did so we had to call back again. I think they could have been more responsive in scheduling and they could have just been a bit more proactive when the scheduling issue came about.

The reason we called an exterminator was that we had some insects that looked like small moths that were in a bathroom and we wanted to know if this was a return of termites or some other dangerous insect. The technician was clueless about these insects, and we ended up calling another exterminator for an opinion.

Don't remember the price. The service was good, virtually pest free for 8 months.

The serviceman was on time and very friendly. He remembered his foot covers (we do not allow shoes in the house and informed them in advance) and really knew his stuff. Worked with me to time his spraying with me removing all my critters so we could vacate for the required time after. All in all a very good experience with the pest control tech. Now if only the termite inspector had shown up for his appt the following week!

Was very thorough. They came on time and did a very professional job. Did not pressure us on future services, which we appreciated. Will definitely use them again.
