"Friday night noticed water on garage floor in and around area of pressure valve of 15 year old water heater.
Saturday called at 7:45 am, arrived 10:30 am work completed 11:45 am.
Saturday night noticed water on garage floor in and around pressure valve of new water heater.

"Our experience with local contractors has been hit and miss at best. They want to be paid like professionals, but donâ t want to take the time to do the work professionally. Many times I have had to correct mistakes or argue with them about the quality of the work. The favorite saying is â that not the way we normally do itâ . So it was refreshing to work with Andy. He gave me what I believed to be a reasonable price for professional work. He even went the extra mile and helped me with getting rid of an old water softener. And cracked open the anode rod the first time for me at my request. If you have never tried to remove one, itâ s near impossible when the tank is installed if has not been cracked before. Maybe something he might add as a curtesy in the future."
