Please do not hire UNITED STATES PLUMBING (USP), State License Number: 1084090 the owner Ryan Boyd. His license and bond are up to date and active. We?ve had an absolutely terrible experience with them including a monetary loss. My house is %100 electrical with the exception of the gas stove. Nothing still cooks like gas. Here are the events as I see them and in my opinion: Were were at the point of purchasing a hot-water-heat pump. We found a company UNITED STATES PLUMBING. We hired them because of a good rebate and we liked the owner at that time. We purchased the heat pump for $7,439.91 with a $3,000 rebate. Not bad? It was installed November 2023 and were waiting for the rebate. I e-mailed the owner, Ryan Boyd as he was handling the rebates and he replied ?working on it? so I waited. Weeks later, the same thing, working on it. After 10 months we are still waiting. During that time he has said (4) times the was going to classes to learn how to do the rebates. (BS)

They actually returned to address something that was proably the fault of a previous tech from another company (long story, but the important thing its done and working really really well).

The team was professional, polite, and hard working. They did copper re piping etc.

From the first call to Kim, they were very eager to help. After a nightmare working with the building department, I called United St plumbing. It was a Saturday, however, Kim tried to contact Ryan because of my frustration. He responded immediately and came first thing Monday morning to see if he could find a solution. He gave us a quote and got the work done. The building department then added more and more onto the requirements needed for the job. Ryan's response was, "Oh well, we will get this done. Don't worry, I got your back!" In spite of horrible circumstances working with people in the trades, I felt surprisingly calmed by his assurance. He did, in fact, work through it with us. We had a little glitch at the end that seemed like it could be a concern and he was in it immediately and we were assured that our relationship mattered more than anything and that they would go above and beyond. As far as we are concerned, they are now our "go to plumber".

They removed an old tank water heater and installed a tankless water heater and also a water softener/whole house water filter. They did an amazing job! The units were installed in my garage and looks extremely neat, clean and aesthetically pleasing. These guys obviously take pride in their work and I would highly recommend hiring them. They were here the whole day and not once did I see them slacking off. Very professional and will hire them again for any future plumbing needs.

Paid for a three-hour job. It took less than 2 hours and almost one hour was getting parts.
